| With the advent of the era of globalization,every country can not seek development without talents.Therefore,the society puts forward higher requirements for talents to be cultivated by education.There is no doubt that education should keep pace with the times,The 21 st century is the information age,which requires that people trained by education should not only have basic knowledge and skills,but also have information literacy,innovative spirit and so on.The proposal of "key competencies" makes it clear what kind of literacy young people as students should have.If teachers want to implement the theoretical level to the practical level of key competencies training,they can not do without a good teaching design.So naturally,we should think about such a question: how to design a good teaching design to cultivate students’ key competencies?This paper uses the methods of literature analysis and case analysis to study the relevant literature.From the requirements of the standard(2017 Edition),key competencies and other aspects,the author analyzes the number sequence of compulsory 5 in senior high school mathematics people’s education press,which provides a reference for the "number sequence" Teaching.In my opinion,teachers should first study the standards(2017 Edition)carefully,including the knowledge level,ability requirements,core literacy level that students should achieve,Procedural knowledge needs to reach the level of understanding,and strategic knowledge needs to reach the level of mastering.Therefore,teachers should pay attention to the connotation and extension of concept knowledge,and lay a solid foundation for the latter content.Secondly,teachers should understand the content and orientation of core literacy,the six key competencies are not separated from each other,they are interdependent and unified.Students’ learning process includes not only necessary knowledge and ability,but also interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary literacy.Finally,teaching suggestions are put forward: teachers should strive to improve their own quality and attract students to be good;We believe in "teaching without discrimination" and strive to "teach students in accordance with their aptitude";Construct chapter structure diagram and gradually improve knowledge system.This paper is mainly composed of five parts.The first part is the introduction,including the research background,research purpose and significance,research methods and ideas,the definition of the concept,as well as the description of the current situation at home and abroad,the theoretical basis of this paper.The second part is the analysis of the curriculum requirements and the key literacy of sequence.The third part is the research of instructional design based on key competencies.It mainly analyzes that an instructional design should start with the analysis of learning situation,the design of introduction,the design of teaching objectives,the design of question string,and the design of curriculum evaluation methods.The fourth part is the teaching design case based on the key competencies-Taking numerical sequence as an example,this paper selects two cases: the concept and simple representation of sequence,and the concept and general formula of arithmetic sequence.The fifth part is the conclusion,suggestion and reflection. |
