Narrative Therapy Of Drug Addicts' Motivation Of Withdrawal

In recent years,the situation of drug abuse is serious in our country.With the huge number of drug addicts,we begin to re-examine the problem of drug treatment.At present,there are some problems in the practice stage of community drug treatment in China,such as the administrative work mode,ignoring the psychological detoxification of drug rehabilitation personnel and so on.With the continuous popularization of drug treatment policy across the country,all localities have begun to explore a drug treatment mode suitable for the local development situation.The intervention of social work has given new development and possibility to drug control work.The introduction of anti drug social workers can provide case services for drug addicts in the community,which can not only assist drug addicts to complete physical detoxification,It can also help them get rid of their psychological dependence on drugs.From the standpoint of anti drug social workers,this paper discusses the motivation of drug addicts in community drug treatment.It is hoped that the research results of this paper can enrich the case intervention service methods of grassroots anti drug social workers.In the three-month investigation and practice of the social rehabilitation center of S district,this paper conducts evidence-based analysis on the registered drug addicts in the center in the early stage,selects typical samples suitable for narrative treatment cases for evaluation and analysis,and in the process of treatment,through externalizing problems,rewriting and remodeling,stimulating empowerment,enables drug addicts to separate themselves from their problems,and helps the service objects to tear off their passivity In the process of narrative therapy,alternative and skillful questioning methods are used to play the role of guide in social work,inspire and empower the clients,strengthen the confidence and motivation of drug withdrawal.In the later stage,the scale was used to evaluate the changes of drug cognition and motivation brought by narrative therapy,and the intervention process and effect of social work were evaluated.Through the analysis of the interventional treatment process and results of this case,it is concluded that in the process of interventional treatment,the service object has a certain improvement in self-identity,believing that they can quit drug addiction and gradually return to normal life.Finally,this paper provides the case work experience in the process of narrative therapy.At the same time,it summarizes the advantages and limitations of narrative therapy in the practical application from the two aspects of anti drug social workers and service objects.It hopes that the research results of this paper can provide a reference model for the field of drug treatment,and provide reference for later scholars,so as to better improve the anti drug social workers The theory and practice in this field.
