The Influence Of Family Environment On The Motivation Of Drug Addicts

Returning to society is an important part of maintaining social stability for those who took part in the community drug treatment and drug rehabilitation,and family environment is their main living environment.Therefore,it is necessary to study the influence of family environment on the motivation of drug addicts.In the actual process of carrying out social work on drug rehabilitation,the main service object is still the drug rehabilitation personnel themselves,and rarely intervene in their family environment.After reviewing the previous research literature on family environment and drug addiction motivation,it is found that few scholars combine the two to carry out research,and even fewer studies are conducted from the perspective of social work to discuss how full-time drug addiction social workers carry out intervention.In this study,the method of random sampling was adopted to select 64 drug rehabilitation personnel who have been physically detoxified and still need to recover slowly psychologically as subjects after excluding the respondents with less than primary education level and who cannot complete the questionnaire due to serious diseases.Combined with general system theory,motivational interviewing method and re-socialization theory,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview on the family environment and motivation of drug rehabilitation personnel to study the influence of family environment on drug rehabilitation motivation.Firstly,the archival data of drug rehabilitation personnel were sorted out,and the correlation between family environment and drug rehabilitation motivation was analyzed based on the social worker interview and telephone interview records.Then,literature materials were searched,specific research directions were designed,and a questionnaire survey was conducted on the family environment and motivation of drug rehabilitation personnel to understand the relationship between the two.Semi-structured interviews were conducted with some drug rehabilitation personnel to further understand the influence of family on the motivation of drug rehabilitation.Finally,the discussion and summary.The results showed that gender,age,marital status and educational level had no significant influence on the motivation of drug rehabilitation.The intimacy,emotional expression,success and independence of family environment have obvious influence on the motivation of drug addiction.Self-knowledge,avoiding physical injury and family responsibility are also the most important forms of the motivation of drug addiction.Study aims to find home environment various factors affect the most significant part of the motivations of detoxification,and the results of study are applied to the rehabilitation of social work,convenient drug social workers more accurately to drug rehabilitation personnel to carry out the intervention,intervention on the family environment,give full play to the role of the family members,to shape a good family atmosphere,help its addiction as soon as possible,to complete the socialization process again,return to a normal social life,In the process of work,social workers in drug rehabilitation should start from three aspects,and build a system of assistance and support for drug rehabilitation personnel from the individual,community and social levels.At the micro level,they act as companions and accompany the drug rehabilitation personnel to complete the whole process of drug rehabilitation.At the medium level,social workers are committed to getting involved in the families and communities of the clients and helping them to link resources.At the macro level,social workers in drug rehabilitation should strengthen their ties with the public security and health departments to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of drug addicts.
