In recent years,in mathematics learning,the phenomenon of "one can understand,but one can barely do it right" appears frequently.The new curriculum reform of mathematics in basic education has been existed for more than a decade.Exam-oriented education and "excessive assignments tactics" are abandoned.More and more teachers begin to pay attention to mathematics problem-solving reflection and require students to improve learning efficiency through “error recognition management”.The cultivation of the ability to reflect on mistakes is an urgent requirement of curriculum reform and an effective means to improve mathematics learning performance and help teachers improve teaching effectiveness.There are three objectives of this study: first,to study the use of error books by students of different grades and genders.Second,combined with the interviews between teachers and students,this paper analyzes the role of the error book in solving junior high school students' mathematics problems.Thirdly,From the perspective of teachers and students and concerning with the actual teaching process,we put forward suggestions and countermeasures so as to truly achieve the purpose of "learning efficiently" and "learning effectively".Through questionnaires and interviews with teachers and students,it is found that both students and teachers have positive attitudes towards the management of errors,however,the supervision of teachers on the management of wrong questions is weak,and at the same time students lack learning methods,and the management of errors is slightly insufficient,which leads to problems such as the over formalization of it,staying at the level of copying and redoing,insufficient ability of problem-solving and reflection,untimely review,and unreasonable utilization.Based on the investigation and research,the author puts forward five suggestions for teachers,which are to improve their own ability,strengthen supervision,teach students in accordance with their aptitude and manage hierarchically,diversify the forms of sorting and establish error resource network.For the students,it puts forward three learning strategies:strengthening self-awareness,finding the right learning methods,actively facing the wrong problems,forming management habits and reviewing in time.
