South Korea international signed with China in 2011,the national Ministry of Education of the "Chinese Program in Chesapeake" project,hereinafter referred to as "CPIK" and in 2012 formally implemented,the project jointly by China and south Korea's Chinese teacher professor with a group of students,in the teaching process to take "coordinated" teaching mode.Daegu area also take the Chinese language teaching model.Although collaborative teaching is a nonlinear,dynamic teaching mode,but "Structure,volume,quality group,environment" in "emergence theory" just provides a framework for supporting collaborative teaching model.Based on the theory,in conjunction with the practice of daegu DY middle school Chinese teachers as well as to the object to investigate,for the Korean teacher to interview.Research findings support type of collaborative teaching mode has positive,structural material between teachers,students and teachers' teaching environment,students learn to what extent they could product as well as the quality in the process of collaborative teaching group.There are some problems,cooperate to be not in place,between teachers can't reach the effect of 1 + 1 > 2;objective external environment factors cannot meet the needs of the teacher's teaching,students don't have enough practice during the learning process.To support teaching needs: first,Building a good teaching internal and external environment;Second,improving the tacit understanding between teachers;Third,teachers should combine differently and complement each other.Fourth,let the students have enough volume product to achieve a qualitative leap.
