| With the popularization and implementation of quality-oriented education and the update and diversification of mathematics education means,more students have developed interest in mathematics.The general senior high school mathematics curriculum standard(2017 Edition)puts forward the core concept of high school mathematics curriculum under the background of new era.One of the requirements is that “different people are expected to develop differently in mathematics”,which shows the great concern of the country on distinguishing and cultivating excellent students in mathematics teaching.However,the lack of many teachers’ attention to the cultivation of high-quality students in the daily teaching results in the poor exploration and guidance of students’ mathematical talents.Differences always exist between students,which makes it teachers’ responsibility to actively discover students’ mathematical potential,teach according to their aptitude,and develop students’ wisdom effectively,which is also what we are supposed to do as front-line teachers.Senior high school is an important stage for students to receive education.As the first stop after students graduate from junior high school,grade one shall be the start of the discovery and cultivation of high-quality mathematics students.Firstly,this paper applies literature research to collect and read the materials related to high-quality students,analyzes the research status of the subject,determines the research direction and content,which provides the foundation for the research of this paper;Secondly,through documents such as“ three high quality concepts” for distinguishing high quality mathematics students,by combing with the actual teaching design questionnaire,the advantages of high-quality mathematics students in learning outlook and learning behavior are found,followed by combing with the questionnaire survey of Grade one mathematics teachers,the methods of identifying high-quality mathematics students in teaching are summed up;finally,mathematics methods and needs of high-quality students in mathematics learning are analyzed through the questionnaire survey and case interview,and the methods and key points of high-quality students in grade one teachers’ mathematics teaching are understood through the questionnaire survey of teachers,in combination with my personal experience of cultivating three high-quality students in mathematics teaching,the cultivation strategies of high-quality students in mathematics are put forward.In conclusion,taking high-quality mathematics students in grade one of senior high school as the research object,in combination with specific practice training and interview cases,this paper analyzes how to identify high-quality mathematics students,understand their laws and needs in the growth of mathematics,provides targeted guidance and help,summarizes the cultivation strategies for high-quality mathematics students of grade on in senior high school,and puts forward reasonable suggestions for the cultivation of high-quality students. |
