Since the promotion of the new round of curriculum reform in 2001,the school has been comprehensively studying and actively implementing the specific measures of the central committee of the communist party of China(CPC)to “deepen education reform and comprehensively promote quality-oriented education”.Jinghong Middle School is the research base of classroom teaching reform in Hunan Province,and the promotion center of basic Education curriculum reform in Zhuzhou city.Jinghong middle school has been carrying out the pilot course reform and bringing forth new ideas from the beginning of curriculum reform sine 2008.Learning community is an optimization measure proposed by Jinghong middle school in the classroom reform in 2011.In fact,it is a "three-three learning community" formed by stratifying and then combining nine students in a learning group.Learning community enriching the diversity of Chinese teaching,building a variety of Chinese classroom.The exploration of “community” and “learning community” has experienced a developing process at home and abroad,which has important guiding value in Chinese teaching.The learning community implemented by Jinghong Middle School follows the three principles of relative stability and orientation,mutual cooperation and competition,evaluation system and objective evaluation.From the overall perspective,the learning community is the cell of the living body of the learning group,a part of the class,and the foundation of the “136” classroom process,which is fully used before,during,after and after the Chinese class.This measure has increased the vitality of the Chinese classroom,enriched the emotional experience of students,and improved students' autonomy in learning Chinese.However,there are also some problems in the practice of jinghong middle school,which are mainly in three aspects: from the perspective of students,study the text to answer questions,interpretation is not deep enough,and some students lack of awareness of participation;From the perspective of learning community,there is a certain formalization in the community,and its members lack competitiveness and cohesion.From the teacher's point of view,do not grasp the individual links,the design of the teaching links is patterned,and the after-class reflection is formalized.The main reason of jinghong middle school has achieved such achievements in the course reform is that its school system has become a strong guarantee for its measures,and the teachers' specific learning task arrangement,as well as the overall learning atmosphere of competition and cooperation among students.To sum up,Learning community has a high application value in Chinese class,which can easily stimulate students' learning enthusiasm.Therefore,the learning community should become one of the many ways of Chinese teaching.Based on the concept of student-oriented teaching,The teacher should be able to adjust the teaching method of the learning community according to the teaching content and the situation of the class.In the meantime,Teacher should combine various teaching methods to construct a diversified Chinese classroom.
