In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the requirements for people's comprehensive quality,STEM has set off a boom in China,and STEM practices have been carried out in various places.STEM usually requires students to participate in the form of a group,which requires group members to solve problems through mutual consultation,decomposition and assignment of tasks.However,in different stages of STEM teaching,such as the design stage and the production stage,students are more suitable to adopt different learning strategies.There is no relevant research to provide evidence for this issue.Therefore,this study uses experimental research to verify the applicability of cooperation and collaboration in different stages of STEM teaching.Cooperation and collaboration are two different strategies used in group learning.Their core difference is whether to decompose tasks.Collaboration emphasizes that team members discuss and gather opinions from others to complete the task,while cooperation emphasizes disassembling the task and assigning it to different individuals or subgroups,and then summing up after completing the task independently.This study puts forward the hypothesis that in the design stage of STEM teaching,it is suitable to adopt a collaborative strategy,and in the production stage of STEM teaching,it is suitable to adopt a cooperative strategy.Then designed a series of experiments accordingly.In the preliminary experiment,the experimental method was tried out,and improvements were made according to the results.Experiment 1 studies the applicability of collaboration in the design phase of STEM,experiment 2 studies the applicability of collaboration in the production phase of STEM,using interview outlines,questionnaires,discourse analysis frameworks,collaboration / cooperation ability testing,and design sketches / scoring of production works The experimental tool collected and analyzed the data after intervention.According to the experimental results,it is concluded that the first is that the collaborative strategy is suitable for the design stage of STEM teaching.The use of the collaborative strategy in the design stage of STEM teaching can lead to more in-depth,broader,and more skillful negotiation and discussion and the collaborative behavior for students Collaboration results and collaboration capabilities have a positive effect.The second is that the cooperation strategy is suitable for the production stage of STEM teaching.Using the cooperation strategy in the production stage of STEM teaching can trigger more cooperative behaviors and improve students 'cooperation ability,but the classroom effect is greatly affected by the students' basic ability.Cooperative behavior has a positive effect on students' cooperation results and ability.Finally,according to the experimental results,suggestions are put forward for the application of cooperation and collaboration strategies.In terms of collaboration,first of all,we must focus on intervening in the dimensions of member negotiation,metacognitive strategy,task negotiation and unification,as well as improve the intervention in terms of time,method and process.In terms of cooperation,first of all,it is necessary to focus on the two dimensions of personal participation and task decomposition and coordination.Then,we must build scaffolding for student cooperation and improve the intervention in terms of time,method,process,etc.There is a full understanding of the significance and effect of cooperation,and its significance is not judged simply from the quality of the final product.
