The country’s education unit in 2014 promulgated the "on comprehensively deepen curriculum reform’s opinions on implementing khalid ents basic task,described in" the organization to explore education unit of each learning stage,the students should develop their own core accomplishment,to determine students should have the conform to the development and social development needs of high quality life quality with important ability ",representing to foster students’ literacy for the priority of the core curriculum innovation direction officially confirmed.On the morning of September 13,2016,the overall structure of "Chinese Students’ Development of Core Literacy" was issued at the press conference of the research results of Chinese students’ development of core Literacy,forming an important direction of the new senior high school curriculum reform.In January 2018,the Curriculum Standards for General Senior High School Physics(2017 edition)was promulgated,which means that the new curriculum reform will be carried out as a key task through the cultivation of physics core literacy,which is quite different from the general goal of the previous curriculum.Therefore,all physics teachers in China will face the difficult challenge of physical education transformation.What students look forward to is not the development of local aspects.The learning classroom should also enable every student to actively participate in,cooperate more,and enjoy subject research,so that the classroom can achieve excellent results and students’ quality can be improved.Therefore,the exploration of cultivating high school physics education with core literacy must be carried out.In this paper,after reading a large number of literature material,according to the exploration of the current state of the domestic and foreign about the core quality,sums up the study of the theory and concept,through students’ questionnaire investigation,teacher questionnaire investigating,according to the practical teaching experience,and gives the concept of core literacy education in high school physics class education innovation countermeasures,this paper main body includes seven parts as follows:The first chapter is the introduction.It covers the background,purpose and significance of the research subject,the current research status of core literacy and physics concept course education at home and abroad,as well as the research contents,ideas and methods of this paper.The second chapter is the theoretical basis and method of the research.The key content is to explain the cognitive learning theory and constructivist learning theory explored in this paper.The third chapter explains the importance of physics concepts to the cultivation of core literacy in physics teaching from three aspects.The fourth chapter is the core concept of high school physics.The purpose of the inquiry is to investigate what is the core concept(name)of domestic senior high school physics and what is its connotation.This paper summarizes the core concepts in five fields of output,heat,light,electricity and modern physics by combing the text of high school physics textbooks.The fifth chapter is based on the core literacy under the high school physics core concept course teaching investigation and the reason analysis.The key is to conduct a questionnaire survey between students and teachers and conduct interviews with teachers,and summarize the core concepts of physics,the teaching status of the core concepts of physics and the expected teaching mode of the core concepts of physics in senior high school.The sixth chapter is the curriculum design and innovation countermeasures of physics core concept in senior high school under the teaching environment of core literacy.First,based on the concept of core literacy cultivation of high school physics curriculum design case,namely " Stretch " and "Free Fall Motion",a and apply the same levels of two classes,respectively based on the core accomplishment with past two education ways,from their grades,and the comparison research after class to see,high school physical concept about core quality advantage of the course teaching.The second is based on the results of students and teachers questionnaire in chapter fou,the author proposes four educational countermeasures for teachers to cultivate students’ personal physical core literacy.Chapter seven summarizes the results of the inquiry,reflecting on the problems in the process of inquiry and the direction of in-depth inquiry.
