Online Judge System Research On Supporting Multi-level Olympiad In Informatics Teaching

With the development of times,information technology has become the main driving force for world economic growth and the main embodiment of comprehensive national strength.It is a crucial part of the cultivation of national innovative talents to cultivate computer science talents.The Olympiad in Informatics is one of the five main discipline competitions,which mainly examines the ability of students' algorithm design and program implementation.Its content is a vital part of information technology education.The Olympiad in Informatics has a very good motivating effect on students with expertise in the field of computer science,also makes a great contribution to the national computer science talent training and selection.The main contestants of the Olympiad in Informatics are middle school students;however,teachers need to carry out multi-level teaching to adapt to the development characteristics of each student due to differences in the age and foundation of the students.The Olympiad in Informatics coaches are scarce in every school so that it is required the use of information technology to assist competition teaching.The online judge system is a necessary evaluation and learning platform for the development of the Olympiad in Informatics.It is a core of the complex system of training students in the Olympiad in Informatics and a powerful auxiliary tool for the Olympiad in Informatics coaches.Based on years of instructional experience in the Olympiad in Informatics and under the guidance of relevant theories,the author has researched and continuously improved the online judge system of the Olympiad in Informatics,which strongly supports the development of multi-level the Olympiad in Informatics teaching.The current research status of the Olympiad in Informatics,multilevel teaching,online judge systems,etc.are analyzed in this paper;based on a review of relevant theories such as mastering learning,recent development areas,and online judge systems,the passage summarizes and analyzes the information science competitions based on their own teaching experience.The learning characteristics and learning process of students have constructed a layered method for students,and put forward the requirements of an online judge system for multi-level the Olympiad in Informatics teaching;designed a complete scheme of the judge system and completed the development;verified by multiple rounds of trial and analysis the system can effectively support competition teaching.This article is based on the author's own teaching experience for many years,guided by multi-level teaching theory,combined theory and practice,summarized the multi-level competition teaching method,developed an online judge system adapted to its teaching characteristics,and improved teaching effectiveness.Hope to provide reference for more frontline teachers.
