With the urgency and importance of teachers’ professional development,the teaching and research activities of primary and secondary school teachers have become an important way.Teachers’ teaching and research is no longer limited to individual teachers,but more transferred to rich teaching and research activities inside and outside the school,and the importance of deepening the reform of teaching and research system is increasingly prominent.Actually each way of teaching and researching activities all have their own advantages and disadvantages,in the organization also needs some dynamic adjustment,therefore starting from the research community construction strategy,based on community perspective to explore how to build the research community of young and middle-aged teachers professional development is of great significance.This study understands the current situation of the construction of the teaching and research group of M Middle School through preliminary investigations,and finds that the effectiveness of teaching and research activities in M Middle School needs to be improved,the team culture of coordination and cooperation needs to be improved,and the teaching and research management system needs to be improved.Using the self-compiled questionnaire for the professional development of young and middle-aged teachers,the teacher’s teaching efficacy questionnaire compiled by Yu Guoliang and Xin Tao,and the Maslach job burnout survey universal scale to understand the plight and needs of the development of M middle school teaching and research,and try to build a The characteristic teaching and research community of M middle school forms corresponding construction strategies,models and safeguard measures,and discusses the promotion of the construction of the teaching and research community on the professional development of young and middle-aged teachers.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the construction of the teaching and research group of M middle school and the development needs and difficulties of teachers,combined with the team development stage and related content,the thesis explores the construction strategy,practice platform and method of the teaching and research community.At the same time,this research finds that with the construction of the teaching and research community and The development of activities,school management methods,teacher education and teaching quality,and teachers’ professional capabilities have undergone significant changes and improvements compared to the pre-teaching and research community activities,indicating that the construction of the teaching and research community has a positive role in promoting young and middle-aged teachers. |
