Confidence in culture is the most fundamental national confidence.As a traditional culture sports,the sports of Tai Chi fan is of great significance to enhance national confidence.Therefore,the project of Tai Chi fan should also enter junior high school physical education class.With the continuous deepening of teaching reform,the reform and innovation of physical education teaching methods has become a hot topic today.The 2011 edition of the Compulsory Education Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard also clearly stipulates that students at the fourth level should basically form the ability of autonomy,cooperation,inquiry learning and exercise,while cooperative learning is the foundation that can promote students' ability to explore and improve.In order to adapt to the educational situation in the new era,the promotion and application of cooperative learning methods is imperative.Cooperative learning in the Tai Chi fan teaching of physical education is introduced to junior high school,which is very helpful to make up for the lack of existing physical education goals of junior high school and promote the innovation of teaching methods.This thesis focuses on the application of cooperative learning in the teaching of Tai Chi fan in physical education in junior high schools.This paper adopts the methods of literature,investigation,experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,which provides theoretical basis and practical experience for the introduction of cooperative learning in Tai Chi fan teaching of junior high school physical education.Based on the advantages of cooperative learning and Tai Chi fan teaching,this paper analyzes the application of cooperative learning in the teaching of Taiji Fan in junior high school physical education.Through the 16-week teaching experiment in the two classes of the first grade of Xinkai Junior High School,it was found that: Cooperative learning has no significant effect on students' physical shape,physical function;Cooperative learning has a significant effect on the balance quality of the physical quality,but has no significant effect on the rest of the physical quality;Cooperative learning has a significant psychological impact on junior high school students,which can stimulate students' learning motivation,arouse their interest in learning,correct their learning attitude,improve their social adaptability,cultivate their cooperative consciousness and skills,and enhance their group cohesion;Cooperative learning can effectively promote the mastery of Tai Chi fan skills of junior high school students,and improve their achievements.Here,the researcher hope that this article would provide reference for others to study the application of cooperative learning in Tai Chi fan teaching through the in-depth research of this thesis.In the long term,the researcher also hope that this thesis would make reasonable suggestions for the improvement of physical education methods in junior high schools.
