Abstract/Summary:
In the 21st century,with the rapid development of emerging technologies,the knowledge structure of teachers is constantly changing with the needs of the times.Since the American educator Shulman proposed the concept of Pedagogical Content Knowledge(PCK),many scholars over the world have carried out a lot of researches on it.PCK is also regarded by the educational circles as an important index for evaluating teachers’ professional development.However,how to integrate technology into the classroom lacks the support of relevant research theories.In 2005,American scholars Matthew Koehler and Punya Mishra added Technological Knowledge(TK)to the concept of PCK for the first time,and proposed the theory of Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge(TPACK)for teachers.This framework has been approved and applied by many foreign educational research departments and institutions.In addition,in order to cultivate high-level teachers,China’s Ministry of Education officially launched the "Training Plan of Outstanding Teachers" to deepen the development and reform of teachers’ cultivation in China.The program not only puts forward new requirements for the training of talents in normal universities,but also sets higher standards for future teaching staff.Therefore,based on the analysis of above two points,starting from the purpose of cultivating excellent teachers in line with national development,it is necessary for us to explore the training plan and its implementation for outstanding physics teachers according to the theory of TPACK.This research is based on the perspective of TPACK,starting from the purpose of cultivating outstanding physics normal students.On the one hand,it makes a comparative analysis of the training programs of several excellent norm al universities in China,mainly from training objectives,credit proportions,curri culum settings,and teaching practice.The results show that in the curriculum s ystem of physics(normal)students,the coverage of professional courses still ne eds to be expanded.The main modern physics theories involving modern indust rial development and technological progress,such as solid state physics,need t o be deepened.At the same time,normal colleges and universities should ration ally coordinate the links of training practice for normal students,and grasp the organic relationship between theory and practice.On the other hand,drawing on the results of existing researches,the author has compiled a questionnaire on t he development status of outstanding normal students in physics under the persp ective of TPACK,and surveyed the development of 257 physics(normal)gradu ates from Central China Normal University,showing that the surveyed teachers have a good overall development,but some teachers have relatively insufficient understanding on the depth and requires of the physics curriculum standards,a 1 ack of international advanced teaching concepts,and difficulty in balancing pract ical inquiry and teaching.Based on the above research,this thesis puts forward the training strategy and implementation for the pre-service and post-employme nt development of outstanding physics teachers.That is,by determining the goal advancing with the times,the practical concept and the ecologically environme nt for training outstanding teachers,we will build an efficient practice system,i mprove the dynamic feedback system,and strengthen the in-depth service for th e cultivation of outstanding teachers.Finally,the author has carried on the refl ection and the forecast to this study,in order to be able to further explore the research of outstanding teachers’ development.
