Volleyball is an important part of high school physical education and health education.The content of volleyball teaching in senior high school is much,and the coordination of technique and action is required to be high.For a long time,volleyball teaching in senior high school has been using traditional teaching methods,ignoring the principal position of students,leading to dull classes and some students' declining enthusiasm for learning.Therefore,volleyball teaching needs an effective teaching mode,which is in urgent need of reform.Task-based teaching method USES tasks as a means to improve students' learning enthusiasm,enhance their interest in learning,and enhance their sense of cooperation.In this paper,under the perspective of physical education and health curriculum standards,by the hunanyongzhou one as the research object,combines the actual conditions of high school physical education teaching,the task type teaching method applied in the teaching of high school volleyball course,and through the education experiment volleyball mission type teaching method on the degree of master body quality promotion,volleyball-skills and emotional attitude,purpose is to improve the quality of volleyball course teaching,cultivating students' volleyball skills,stimulate the students' physical exercise consciousness,strengthen students' physique.This paper discusses the new method of physical education teaching in senior high school,and provides reference for the research of physical education teaching method in senior high school.Through the analysis of experimental data and investigation results,the following conclusions can be drawn:1.The application of task-based teaching method in senior high school volleyball teaching puts forward higher requirements for teachers' teaching idea and teaching quality.Teachers should not only improve their own special knowledge and comprehensive quality,but also learn advanced teaching methods and teaching ideas,so as to reflect the teaching effect of task-based teaching method.2.The use of task-based teaching method and traditional teaching method in high school volleyball teaching can improve students' physical quality.There is no significant difference in velocity.In terms of bouncing and flexibility,task-based teaching method is better than traditional teaching method.3.The use of task-based teaching method and traditional teaching method in high school volleyball teaching can improve students' volleyball skills.After the teaching experiment,there were significant differences between the experimental class and the control class in the scores of ball laying,passing and service test,and the experimental class was superior to the control class.4.By comparing the changes of emotion and attitude between task-based teaching method and traditional teaching method in senior high school volleyball teaching,it can be seen that adopting task-based teaching method is conducive to cultivating students'learning interest,cooperative consciousness,group cohesion and meeting the needs of new curriculum reform.5.After the experiment,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the teaching effect of the students.Task-based teaching method greatly improved the teaching interest,participation enthusiasm and learning initiative,and the students formed a positive and optimistic attitude towards learning.Based on the above conclusions,the following Suggestions are made:1.In teaching,task-based teaching method should be used to reasonably construct learning groups for students according to the actual situation such as excellent performance,strong ability and different personality.2.In senior high school volleyball class,teachers drive students' learning desire through task context,encourage students to help each other and explore cooperatively,so as to make students' all-round development in all aspects.Therefore,it is suggested that task-based approach should be applied to the teaching of other sports and be improved continuously.3.Task-based teaching method more reflects that teachers are the leading and students are the main body.While giving good guidance,teachers should be good at using a variety of evaluation methods to make effective evaluation,praise and encourage students,so that they can feel the sense of progress and sense of achievement,and stimulate their interest in learning.4.Before applying task-based teaching mode,the following points should be considered:(1)In teaching,task-based teaching method should be used according to the actual situation of students' outstanding performance,ability and personality differences,and reasonably construct the learning group for students.(2).Strengthen the learning of teaching content,design a practical and close to the actual life of students teaching tasks,so that students have a sense of affinity,active participation in activities.
