| Cultural management is a kind of management method that uses the power of culture to edify and infect people.It is a kind of management method that gives full play to the role of cultural behavior norms,value guidance and power cohesion,so as to achieve organizational goals.Cultural management is in line with the needs of the development of organizations and individuals,and is an inevitable choice to adapt to the development of the times.The implementation of cultural management in class is to infiltrate the concept of cultural management into many aspects of class life.This will help to realize the socialization and personalization of the class,help the head teacher out of the work dilemma,comprehensively improve the level of class management,so as to improve the level of school running and the quality of education.The implementation of cultural management in class can mobilize the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of students,and provide a platform for the development of students’ personality and interests.At the same time,class culture management can also condense all kinds of educational forces,realize the maximization of educational forces,so as to achieve better educational effect.From the perspective of cultural management,questionnaire and interview outline are designed from four aspects: material culture management,spiritual culture management,institutional culture management and behavioral culture management.In CN School of Zibo City,93 head teachers were investigated and interviewed.The survey found that CN school in class management problems are more prominent.It is mainly reflected in the following aspects: material and cultural management is in vain and needs to be standardized and beautified;The implementation of spiritual and cultural management is not enough,which needs to be further implemented and highlighted;In the system culture management,the subject status of students is weakened,and the class rules and regulations need to be improved;The management of behavior culture lacks necessary guidance,and the cultural behaviors of teachers and students need to be strengthened.According to the actual problems existing in class management,this paper analyzes the reasons from two aspects: the class teacher’s own factors and the external factors of school management.Combined with the investigation of CN school,this paper examines the work of the head teacher from the perspective of cultural management,and puts forward the specific ways to optimize the work of the head teacher: beautifying the material and cultural management,dividing the functional areas according to the needs of class development,enriching the wall culture,and supervising the class public property;The spiritual and cultural management is realized by cultivating common values,establishing class goals,developing class image design and building harmonious interpersonal relationship;We should deepen the cultural management of the system,infiltrate the concept of students in the system,implement independent management,and realize the value pursuit of fairness and justice;Strengthen the management of behavior culture,and promote the construction of teacher-student behavior culture by carrying out class activities and holding characteristic class meetings. |
