Abstract/Summary:
The group of junior high school students is in the period of psychological and physical youthful growth.the students’ individual thinking level is developing rapidly,their emotions are changing rapidly,and they are facing the realistic test of frequent emotional problems such as self-esteem and the tolerance of frustrations.it is a key period to develop and guide students to acquire independent emotional management ability.In the process of physical education,there is a good emotional transmission between teachers and students through the interaction of sports activities,which is of great significance for promoting students’ mental health.Orienteering is known as "the combination of marathon and chess".For orienteering,it not only includes physical training,but also mental training,which plays a prominent role in promoting personal emotional attitudes and values.For this reason,carrying out orienteering teaching in junior middle school has a positive impact on students’ physical quality,thinking development and psychological quality through the distinctive sports characteristics of orienteering movement,which can not only effectively improve the level of students’ physical health,but also has important theoretical significance and practical value for strengthening emotional management and promoting the development of students’ physical and mental health.This paper takes the influence of orienteering teaching on emotional management in middle school as the research object,on the basis of literature and expert interviews,defines the definition of emotional management,combined with the characteristics of orienteering events,this paper puts forward the intervention methods of middle school orienteering teaching on emotional management ability.Through the methods of questionnaire and teaching experiment,the data of the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed in terms of emotional management ability,physical fitness and orienteering skills before and after the teaching experiment.to verify the teaching effect brought by the influence of emotional management in orienteering teaching in middle school.Finally,it draws a conclusion and puts forward some teaching strategies to improve the teaching quality under the influence of orienteering teaching in middle school on the ability of emotional management.The purpose of the influence of orienteering teaching on emotional management ability is to create the psychological conditions needed by students’ emotion when learning,and to stimulate students’ learning motivation through the intervention of good emotional management ability in orienteering teaching.create a good learning atmosphere and improve students’ learning effect and learning quality.Through the methods of random sampling and teaching experiment,this paper studies the relationship among emotional management ability,physical fitness and directional motor skills,and draws the following conclusions:(1)there is no significant difference in emotional management ability between junior middle school boys and girls.according to the comprehensive average and variance,the emotional management ability of girls is higher than that of boys,and girls are higher than boys in emotional perception,emotional expression and dimensions.Boys are higher than girls in the dimension of emotion regulation.The total score of emotional management in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.001).It shows that the intervention of emotional management in orienteering teaching in middle school can effectively improve students’ emotional management ability.(2)there is no significant difference in the performance of junior high school students’ physique test after the intervention of emotion management ability in orienteering teaching.The vital capacity and standing beat change obviously in the experiment,and directional exercise can effectively develop students’ cardiopulmonary endurance and lower limb strength.(3)the pre-test time of orienteering skills in the experimental group(299.235 ±149.100)was longer than that in the post-test(208.213±29.351)(P < 0.001),but there was no significant difference in the pre-test and post-test time in the control group(P < 0.05).After the intervention of emotional management in orienteering teaching,students’ orienteering skills have been significantly improved,which is closely related to sports events,the application of teaching methods and the improvement of teaching environment.(4)through the strategies of improving the design of orienteering teaching activities and improving the teaching management and learning environment,we can effectively achieve the purpose of emotional management ability,and effectively promote the development of students’ physical and mental health.(5)the intervention of orienteering teaching on emotion management ability has achieved good teaching effect,and the positive emotional factors between teachers and students stimulate students’ cognitive efficiency in sports learning and improve learning interest and teaching quality.Secondly,the orienteering class with emotional management intervention has more advantages than the conventional orienteering classroom in the improvement of physical quality,the cultivation of orienteering skills and the cultivation of emotional management ability.According to the above conclusions,the study suggests that:(1)the effective integration of physical education and emotional management is conducive to strengthening individuals’ understanding and coordination of their own emotions and improving the ability of emotional management.Pay attention to the combination of mental health education and physical health curriculum,people’s psychological experience comes from activities,and the adjustment of psychological emotion can also be realized through sports activities.Sports is the carrier for the development of good psychological characteristics,through the design of sports teaching activities to organize students for physical exercise,in order to obtain a good emotional experience.(2)PE teachers should pay attention to theoretical study and improve their emotional management ability.Physical education teachers should keep learning and improve their working ability.Master the knowledge of emotional management intervention,combined with sports teaching practice,do a good job of teaching reflection and summary,student-centered,give full play to the subjectivity of students’ classroom learning.(3)centering on the characteristics of orienteering,constantly innovating teaching methods and enriching teaching content,and constantly developing orienteering courses with strong pertinence and high interaction to enhance students’ interest in participating in orienteering exercise.(4)the influence of teenagers’ emotional management is inseparable from the help of home and school,and it is necessary to create a good growth environment for teenagers’ psychological quality and emotional attitudes and values.Carry out the effective integration of orienteering and home-school.Parents and students participate in parent-child orienteering movement to cultivate kinship between students and parents.Carry out campus orienteering games to cultivate students’ competitiveness and willpower.(5)deeply excavate the emotional management resources contained in all kinds of disciplines and teaching methods,infiltrate from the subject teaching,let students master more knowledge and shape their good character.
