Based on the background of economic globalization,education internationalization practice rapid development,a large number of international curriculum was introduced into China,in the international high school education practice the fruitful results at the same time,may also face orientation and educational philosophy is not clear,the introduction and integration is not standard,teaching content inappropriate parties,such as problem,at the same time,in the introduction of international course at the same time,their high school in the curriculum goal,management,structure and implementation are also be challenged.It is of great practical significance to integrate the dimensions of international and cross-cultural education into educational practice,strengthen the standardization of international running of high schools and promote the development of China's high school education.The existing researches mainly focus on the field of higher education and introduce different international classes,international courses and study tour projects,etc.,but there are few researches on the international curriculum setting and implementation,which lack depth and specificity.In Nanjing A school international division,for example,this paper on the international curriculum and implement management present situation has carried on the thorough research and discussion,found the problems of international curriculum and management,and by Nanjing A school's international situation deduction international high school curriculum optimization countermeasures and management problems,has certain applicability,able to provide effective guidance for our private schools set up international course.This study takes the international department of A four-star high school in nanjing as the research object,and carries out an investigation and research on its international curriculum setting and management.Teachers of different positions and randomly selected students were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey to find out the problems in the international curriculum setting and management of high schools.The analysis results of the questionnaire survey data show that the main problems are:in terms of external management,there is a lack of independent monitoring and management organization,a lack of clear policy guidance,a lack of unified quality management standards,and a lack of textbook review mechanism.In terms of internal management,the self-evaluation mechanism is ignored,the lack of high-quality professional managers,the lack of course quality assurance management awareness,and the lack of stability guarantee of teachers.Finally,on the basis of field research,this study attempts to put forward Suggestions on improving the international curriculum setting and management of senior high schools in China.First,it is necessary to enhance the awareness of international curriculum quality assurance management.Therefore,it is necessary to establish the value orientation of education first.Moreover,it is necessary to create a good international curriculum quality assurance management atmosphere and carry out inter-school exchange activities to promote their own development.Second,the establishment of the international curriculum management system,for this reason,the government needs to change the role,establish the international curriculum access system,strengthen the organization qualification and condition evaluation,pay attention to the optimization of the construction of teachers.Third,the establishment of "comprehensive" curriculum quality feedback system,which requires the participation of multiple subjects,the construction of information platform,the regular issuance of questionnaires to solve problems in a timely manner,in order to improve the level of high school education internationalization in China.
