Basic education has been realizing a historical change from a "discipline center" to a"people-oriented" curriculum concept since the 21st century. The amendment of the chemistry curriculum program puts forward novel suggestions and requirements for the development and utilization of chemistry curriculum resources,it is recommended to actively use off-campus curriculum resources.Among them, the science and technology museums contain abundant curriculum resources, which are complementary to the school education resources and have continuously increasing value. Therefore,we did the research, regarding the mentioned resources and middle school chemistry teachers as the research objects, adopting the methods of the questionnaire survey, observation, interview. The research issues of the paper include:(1)The type and content construction of the chemistry curriculum resources in the science and technology museum, and the connection with the curriculum standards of the school.(2)The cause analysis of the current situation of chemistry curriculum resources and how to efficiently use and discover resources?(3)Do middle school chemistry teachers understand the chemistry curriculum resources in the science and technology museums, and what kind of curriculum resources do they actually need?(4)How to develop high-quality,high-demand museum-school cooperative chemistry courses based on existing research. It contains six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part. The next chapter is a literature review, containing not only the definition of core concepts such as science and technology museums, but also the research progress of science and technology museums' curriculum resources. The chemistry curriculum resources in science and technology museums including the current situation of the content construction and the reasons. The fourth chapter studies the utilization status and actual demands of middle school chemistry teachers on the chemistry curriculum resources. The fifth chapter is the output part:trying to design a museum-school cooperative chemistry curriculum named"I am a future traveling spacecraft designer".The last chapter contains the conclusion, enlightenment, deficiency, and prospect of the research. The conclusions of the research include:(1)The chemistry curriculum resources in the science and technology museum mainly include material resources such as exhibit resources and educational activity resources as well as relevant teachers, the physical environment, and other conditions that can achieve the course objectives.(2)The number of chemical resources in the science and technology museum is relatively small, the reasons include abstract chemical knowledge, difficulty in the visual presentation of content and chemical experiment operation, weak popularization of chemical principles, high requirements for audiences' awareness level, high cost of chemical experiment development, low social demand and difficulty for security guarantees,etc.80%of the resources are related to the curriculum standards of primary and secondary schools.Among them, the resources linking the learning content of high school are the most, followed by the middle school, and the least at the primary school, nearly 60%of the resources belong to the theme of "chemistry and society",mainly distributed in the dimensions of resource development, environmental issues, and material chemistry;25%of the exhibits have a "scientific inquiry" design tendency, most of which are highly comprehensive. The scientific and educational level of exhibits is relatively high while the innovation still needs to be improved.(3)It's a relatively low utilization rate of chemistry teachers to chemistry course resources in science and technology museums, and the male teachers are extremely higher than the females;Chemistry teachers have an unequivocal understanding and cognition of the target positioning, content selection, and educational value of the chemistry curriculum resources.Chemistry teachers own a higher degree of demand for different stakeholders, and the demand for science and technology museums is higher than that for schools. The learning themes that chemistry teachers expect are consistent with the content and themes of the existing resources in the science and technology museum, and there are significant differences in the target planning and management mode between pre-service chemistry teachers and in-service chemistry teachers.(4)The chemistry curriculum design of the science and technology museums should follow the principles of scientific, interesting, practical, expansive, interdisciplinary, and humanistic;Based on the project-based-learning teaching method,a case study of "I am the designer of the future traveling spacecraft" was carried out.The course achieved the achieve the fusion of chemistry, engineering and arts by promoting courses through projects;Curriculum design and implementation include the first, middle, and last stages.Course evaluation is conducted through multiple evaluation methods such as questionnaires, evaluation scales, classroom reflections, etc.Students are highly satisfied with the curriculum, but their abilities before and after the activity have not shown a significant improvement.
