The nature of science,one of the core components of students' core literacy,is an important goal of international science education.Thus,it is important that the level of students' conception is special to the nature of science.What is the current level of the scientific nature of high school students?What factors affect the view of the nature of science?What countermeasures can be taken to improve students' view of the nature of science?The author starts this research with this question.This article is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the background of this research,putting forward the questions and determining the significance of the research.The second part is the definition of the concept and the status of the research,through studying literature,defining the core concepts of science,the nature of science and the concept of the nature of science.Combine several parts of the nature of science included the research status,the concept,the observation and evaluation tools and the empirical research at home and abroad to determine the nature of science and the evaluation tools of this research.The third part is research design.After determining the research purpose and selecting the research objects,Compile the questionnaire and interview outline.The fourth part is the implementation of the research and data analysis.Questionnaire survey and student interview are conducted to analyze the questionnaire data and interview records to understand the level of high school students' view of the nature of science and its influencing factors.The fifth part is the countermeasure research to improve the scientific nature of high school students.Countermeasures to improve the scientific nature of high school students bases on the findings of questionnaire surveys,student interviews and literature study.The sixth part is the conclusion and outlook.Summarize and sort out the conclusions obtained in this research in order to rethink the deficiencies in the research process and the prospect of this research direction in the future.In this study,the questionnaire survey uses the app,Questionnaire Stars,including spss software and excel questionnaire data for statistics and analysis,combined with student interviews,and the conclusions obtained are as follows:(1)Senior high school students score an average of 3.93 in the concept of the nature of science,which is a level with insufficient understanding of the nature of science.It is so close to a higher level that it has room for improvement.(2)Gender has a significant impact on the level of the scientific nature of high school students.The average score of female students is 4.06 points higher than that of male students,3.77 points.(3)The selected subjects have no significant impact on the overall level of the high school students' views on the nature of science,but play a significant role in the nature of scientific knowledge.The average score of 3.94 for the combination of physical chemistry and biology is higher than the average score of 3.74 for the combination of physical chemistry and geographic.(4)The type of class has no significant influence on the level of the scientific nature of high school students.(5)The education level of the father has no significant effect on the level of the scientific nature of high school students.(6)The education level of the mother has no significant effect on the level of the scientific nature of high school students.(7)The level of the students' view of the nature of science develops unevenly in the three dimensions.(8)Enjoying reading biographies or stories of the history about science and doing family experiments are helpful to develop students' views on the nature of science.In order to improve the level of the scientific nature of high school students and make it develop in an all-round way,the strategies proposed in this article are as follows:(1)Carry out thematic study with "the nature of science" as the main content(2)Improve teachers' view of the nature of science(3)Teaching into the story of the history of science(4)Cultivate students' interest in reading task biography or science story(5)Adopt a diversified course evaluation mechanism?...
