In the work of junior high school education,the head teacher is an important leader and organizer,is also the person who is directly responsible for the management of student work,is a guide to promote the all-round development and physical and mental health of middle school students,and is to connect school leaders,students,and education of various subjects An important bond together is also a bridge in the process of family-school co-education.For junior high school head teachers,they must have strong competence to be qualified for the position of head teacher,so as to promote the progress of students and the development of education.Because of this,this article chooses to start with the "competency of a junior high school class teacher",taking a middle school in Yanji City as a specific case,conduct an in-depth investigation of the current junior high school class teacher competency,raise existing problems,and propose targeted optimization and improvement plans.Effectively improve the professional level of junior high school head teachers,and provide guarantee for the smooth progress of school and class-related work.In the process of researching the competence of the teacher in junior high school,this paper selects a middle school in Yanji City as a specific case,mainly using the literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,statistical analysis method,etc.to carry out the discussion,and finally obtained the following research results: 1.Judging from the current situation,the local junior high school head teachers generally have high competence,and their organizational planning level,learning cognitive ability,communication interaction and coordination ability are relatively strong;monitoring and execution ability is at a general level,and self-reflection ability is at a poor level.Competence needs to be further improved,and the self-reflection ability and monitoring execution ability of the class teacher urgently need to be further strengthened;Second,the pre-employment training and post-employment training of the Yanji junior high school class teacher are out of touch,as a result,the class management ability and teaching level of Yanji’s junior high school teachers are not strong;Thirdly,Yanji junior high schools have not yet applied advanced management concepts,have not established a scientific and efficient incentive system and a class teacher evaluation system,and the teacher team elimination mechanism is also urgently needed Optimization,some class teacher’s work results are not recognized,and there is no shortage of people who fish in troubled waters.The work enthusiasm is not high,the class teacher does not regularly reflect on his teaching and management,and his competence is low;Fourth,the Yanji City junior high school class teacher lacks professional development awareness,does not take the initiative to enrich his professional knowledge and improve professional skills.The countermeasure recommendations given in this study: First,create a reasonable and efficient evaluation mechanism for junior high school class teachers;Second,for junior high school class teachers,it is necessary to ensure a smooth connection between pre-employment training and post-employment training;Third,build a relatively complete incentive mechanism for junior high school class teachers to encourage all class teachers to Have the awareness of constantly improving oneself;Fourth,innovate the school management concept,and establish a training platform for the head teacher.
