In 2001,the "Outline of Curriculum Reform for Basic Education"(Trial Implementation)clearly put forward the requirements and suggestions on the quantity,content and function of homework."The Korean ethnic group compulsory education Chinese course standard" points out that teachers should give full play to the initiative of the teachers and students in the classroom and creativity,trying to embody the Korean language practical and comprehensive,according to a senior student's body and mind law of development,pay attention to guide the development of students' emotional attitude and values,correctly handle the relationship between the Korean language basic literacy and innovation.According to the principle of selection,methods should be developed,teaching activities should be carried out through various methods,and homework should be designed to match students' level.Students should be able to deal with problems in creative ways,enhance students' autonomous learning ability,and enable all students to acquire basic Korean language literacy.With the deepening of the new curriculum reform and the Korean language curriculum standard of compulsory education,teachers have made significant progress in classroom teaching,but as a part of teaching,extracurricular homework has not received enough attention.As an indispensable link in reviewing,consolidating and deepening the knowledge learned in class and practical experience,extracurricular homework of Korean language is conducive to the improvement of teaching efficiency and the effective cultivation of students' comprehensive quality.Therefore,the design of Korean extracurricular homework is an important part of Korean language teaching.This article discusses the elementary school higher grades of the Korean language is homework design present situation,the analysis in the Korean language,some of the problems in the process of job design,and what are the influence factors of these problems,what are the factors influencing the effect of the most prominent,how to solve the problem,how to design more realistic significance of homework,the aim of this study is based on these problems,Thus it can promote the sustainable development of teachers and students' comprehensive quality.Through the investigation,it is found that in the Korean extracurricular homework design of G Primary School in Yanji City,the teachers cannot fully understand the curriculum standards and homework design,and the school lacks relevant training.The school has changed the arrangement of Korean language classes,and teachers are under heavy homework pressure and workload,with limited time and energy.Schools and educators pay too much attention to student achievement;There are still the following problems in the Korean extracurricular homework design of G Primary School in Yanji City due to the unreasonable concept of teachers in the homework evaluation and the emphasis on the result rather than the process.Homework content lack of hierarchy and personalized design;Single type of work,lack of practical work type design;The job evaluation system is not perfect,resulting in the inability to provide effective feedback.Through the analysis of the existing problems and their causes,this paper draws the following conclusions: the lack of training in homework design at the school level,teachers' homework design literacy is weak;Teachers rely on teaching staff and teaching AIDS,and the mode of work is single.Educators pay attention to results,homework type is lack of practicality;The evaluation attaches great importance to the result and ignores the process,while neglecting the subject status of students.Based on the investigation results and the analysis of the influencing factors,this study aims at some problems existing in the design of Korean extracurricular homework of senior grade in primary school.Suggestions are put forward from the aspects of teachers and schools: strengthen teachers' understanding of the design of extracurricular homework and establish a new concept;Pay attention to students' personality differences,design stratification and diversity of homework design;Advocate the diversity of evaluation design and give play to students' subjectivity;Strengthen the rules and regulations related to job design,and actively carry out related training.
