With the economic and socialdevelopment,an increasing number of people are aware of the significance of education.At present,education in China today becomes setting its foot in a new stage of comprehensive development,and the quality of education has become an important issue of concern to all walks of life.There are many factors affecting the of education,but the key depends on teachers.New teachers have just entered the workplace and look forward to realizing their self-worth in their work,but they also encounter many problems due to their lack of experie nce,so how to improve the professional quality of new teachers is an urgent problem to be solved.Through the research methods such as literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,this research collects literatures on new teachers,teachers' professional quality and teachers' professional quality improvement.Through literature analysis,we find thatthe domestic research is mostly on integrated professional quality for teachers and teachers' professional quality of a particular subject of study,while research on the new teachers' professional quality is less.Youth is the hope of the country,and the new junior high school teacher is the hope of the development of the teaching profession towards high quality.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the professional qualities of junior high school new junior high school teachers.In order to deeply understand the specific situation of the new teachers in junior high school in the work,and to study the current status of the professional competence of the new junior high school teachers,this paper will take Bincheng District of Binzhou City as an example,and take teachers who have been engaged in junior high school teaching within 3 years as the research subjects,and use questionnaires to understand the basic situation of news teacher(including gender ratio,age status,academic status,teaching situation,etc.),as well as problems in professional knowledge,professional ability,professional philosophy and teacher ethics.Through the investigation of new junior high school teachers,it found that the new teacher has certain professional skills and knowledge.But due to lack of experience,compared with the old teachers,the new teachers still have some problems in education and teaching.The analysis of the survey interviews revealed that the professional quality of new junior high school teachers has problems such as lack of general knowledge,inefficient classroom organization,poor communication with parents,and poor reflective skills.Through the interview with the new and old teachers in junior middle school,the author found three reasons: First,the school,the Education Administration Department of the new teacher training lack of pertinence;Second,the heavy task corrodes the new junior high school teacher's professional enthusiasm,third,the teacher-student relations,the family-school relations processing causes the new teacher to fall into the puzzle.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the improvement from three aspects: the Education Department,the school where the new teachers are located and the teachers themselves.
