With the continuous promotion of educational reform,table tennis as an advantage project in China's primary school campus development is increasingly extensive.However,due to the current traditional teaching methods have not been innovated,the form is single boring,lack of interest,students' interest can not be stimulated,class attention is not focused,desertion and other factors,coupled with the large number of primary school students in China,teachers in the table tennis teaching process,so that the overall effect of table tennis teaching in primary schools in China is not good.According to the present situation of teaching and the characteristics of children's physical and mental development in primary school,this paper innovates a set of ping-pong rhythmic exercises,which are based on rhythmic exercises and technical movements of table tennis.It is applied to the classroom teaching of children aged 9-10.This paper selects the third grade students of primary school affiliated to Shandong normal University as the experimental object,carries on the unified technical test through the pre-class investigation and the technical level test index determined by the expert interview,according to the result,the students are divided into beginner group and non-new group.Each experimental class uses table tennis rhythmic exercises to assist training for table tennis teaching,and each control class uses traditional swing imitation exercises for table tennis teaching.The teaching experiment lasted 18 weeks.Before and after the experiment,the subjective exercise experience scale and the primary school students' physical education interest level evaluation scale were used to carry on the questionnaire survey,and the table tennis movement technical level was tested uniformly.Statistical analysis of the test data,experimental results show:(1)There were significant differences between the children's subjective exercise experience,the level of interest in physical education and the skill level of table tennis before the experiment.(2)There was no significant difference in the degree of positive well-being and fatigue between the children's subjective exercise experience and the pre-experiment,and there was no significant difference between psychological distress and pre-experiment.There was no significant difference between the children's subjective exercise experience and physical learning interest level after the control class experiment in the non-Beginner group and before the experiment,and there was a significant difference between the skill level of table tennis action and that before the experiment.(3)After the experiment,there were significant differences between the experimental class and the control class in terms of subjective exercise experience,sports learning interest level and table tennis action skill level.There were significant differences in the subjective exercise experience between the experimental class and the control class;in the physical learning interest,there were significant differences in the overall level of sports participation,positive interest and negative interest,and there was no significant difference between the autonomous learning degree and the control class.Conclusion :(1)adding table tennis rhythmic exercises to the teaching process of children aged 9-10 can improve children's subjective exercise experience in classroom learning,which is mainly manifested in enhancing children's positive happiness in table tennis classroom.Reduce psychological troubles in table tennis training and relieve fatigue caused by action training.(2)The addition of lively and novel auxiliary training in the teaching of table tennis in children aged 9-10 years has stimulated children's interest in physical education,which is manifested in the improvement of the level of positive interest in physical education,the reduction of negative interest,the improvement of autonomous learning and the participation in sports.(3)The teaching method of the auxiliary training of table tennis prosodic exercises has a remarkable effect on the improvement of the technical movement level of the children in the beginners group,which is manifested in the improvement of the stability of the positive and backhand attack techniques,the improvement of the movement standardization and physical coordination,and the enhancement of the rhythm sense.
