With the rapid development of science and technology,Chinese government attaches great importance to the development of robotics technology industry.Chinese President Xi Jinping pointed out in a congratulatory letter of the World Robotics Conference in 2015: China has integrated robotics and intelligent manufacturing into the priority areas of national scientific and technological innovation.China is willing to strengthen cooperation among science and technology and industry circles in various countries,and promote the development and industrialization of robotics,so that robot technology and its products get better and better in the development of society.In addition,Chinese people have become the backbone of artificial intelligence research.The number of papers on artificial intelligence in China is the largest in the world,and the number of artificial intelligence enterprises in China is also the second in the world.At present,China's existing talent reserve can not meet the strong demand of the rapid development of artificial intelligence,especially for the relatively large gap of high-end professional and technical talents.China pays more attention to the cultivation and reserve of artificial intelligence talents.After all,only by mastering the most core and key technologies can we make use of science and technology to ensure our national defense and economic security.In order to do a good job in these aspects of talent reserves,so that young people from childhood to lay a good foundation for information literacy,robot education came into being.As a brighten star in the youth robot education industry in Changchun city,Xin Zuo Biao company has emerged in Changchun after four years of growth.However,the company is still faced with many marketing problems in the growth stage of urgent development.The purpose of this article is to find out the main problems in the development of robot education marketing in Xin Zuo Biao company in Changchun area,and further solve the problems of robot education enrollment difficulty,slow growth of business income and low profit rate of new coordinate company.Through consulting and collecting robot education related journals and papers,and through visiting enterprises,this paper makes a visit and Research on enterprises in related industries,so as to understand the development status of robot education in Xin Zuo Biao company and the problems in the process of enrollment and marketing.This paper summarizes the disadvantages and disadvantages of robot marketing of company,and further develops the marketing strategy in line with the development of the enterprise,so as to help the enterprise improve the marketing level,market share and profitability,so as to realize the benign development of the enterprise.From the macro environment,the speed of knowledge iteration is getting faster and faster.The state attaches great importance to the scientific and technological innovation industry and the cultivation of scientific and technological talents,and the number of families that recognize scientific and technological quality education is increasing year by year,which is both an opportunity and a challenge for robot education institutions.From the perspective of micro environment,in the stage of robot education market development in Changchun,new coordinate company is very competitive compared with other competitors in terms of product,price,channel,promotion,etc.,but it still has its own advantages and can't take the lead.At the same time,Porter five force model analysis tool is used to analyze the current situation of competitors,future potential competitors,substitutes and suggestions of robot parts suppliers in robot education market Price power,buyer's bargaining power and so on.Through SWOT analysis,this paper finds out the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of robot education in the industry of company,which lays a good foundation for adjusting the marketing strategy of new coordinate company and gaining the leading position in robot education market.Secondly,based on the analysis of the marketing situation and environment of new coordinate company,this paper makes personalized marketing strategy for it.STP theory is used to subdivide the robot education market in Changchun,and to position the target market for the new coordinate company;4P theory is used to formulate marketing mix strategy for the new coordinate company from four aspects of product,price,channel and promotion.Finally,this paper puts forward the marketing strategy guarantee from the aspects of optimizing organizational structure guarantee,marketing team construction guarantee,capital guarantee and strengthening corporate culture construction.The research of this paper has guiding significance for the company to further enhance its market share in Changchun robotic education,provide reference for the development of other robotic education institutions.
