Teachers' class feedback behavior is a kind of teaching behavior in the class to evaluate students' answers.Its effective application helps to inspire students to think deeply and improve the effects of class teachings.For a long time,researches on teachers' feedback behavior has been relatively scarce,and research objects has been relatively single.Teachers are enforcers of class teaching behaviors.The quality of expert teachers' class teachings is significantly higher than that of novice teachers' class teachings.In order to explore and study whether there are differences between expert teachers and novice teachers in class feedback behaviors,this study uses corresponding methods to study feedback behaviors in the class of expert teachers and novice teachers.The purpose is to discover and summarize the specific characteristics of expert teachers' and novice teachers' class feedback behaviors,which is helpful to further explore strategies of improving class feedback behaviors of primary school Chinese teachers and provide reference values for novice teachers.The study first adopted the classroom observation method.The author first selected Chinese expert and novice teachers in the internship school,J Primary School,as research objects.Then the author used the observation scale to implement specific operations,including observing and recording the normal Chinese classes of twelve teachers in the primary school.After using independent sample T-test to test the observation results,the conclusion about whether there is a significant difference could be drawn.In order to understand deeply primary school Chinese teachers' knowledge and real thoughts about class feedback behaviors,this study selected four representative teachers to have interviews,through using the outline of interviews.After interviews,the corresponding conclusions could be reached.The results in the study show that: expert teachers and novice teachers have some similarities in feedback behaviors,but the differences are still more obvious.Their common problem is that they lack the knowledge of feedback behaviors.Compared with novice teachers,expert teachers pay more attention to the students,prepare for ample feedback behaviors and give full play of the charm of feedback language.Novice teachers' inspiring feedback is obviously insufficient,and their preset feedback is deficient with the lack of the language literacy and skills of feedback.The feedback behaviors of expert teachers can provide reference for novice teachers.Specifically,novice teachers can improve their class feedback behaviors from the aspects of the knowledge,preparation,methods,language and reflections.
