With the development of Internet technology and the transformation of educa-tional concepts,the users' educational needs and lifestyle have changed.Nowadays,the market scale of online education for primary and middle stage has increased significantly.Especially in 2020,primary and middle schools delayed the opening date,which was affected by COVID-19.The Ministry of Education issued a notice"suspended class,ongoing learning",which accelerated the development of online education platform.Compared with offline education,online education has no lim-itation of learning place,which can realize the maximization of resource utilization,the automation of learning behaviors,the interaction of learning forms,the person-alization of teaching forms and the automation of teaching management.Nowadays,the quality of online education platform for primary and secondary stage is uneven.The research on the service quality can effectively help to select the online education platform with higher service quality.At the same time,the research of satisfaction can provide a scientific basis for the platform to improve users' satisfaction.Previous studies on service quality and satisfaction were mostly carried out through question-naires,which have some limitations on the survey objects and scope.Therefore,this paper selects the comment information of online education platform for primary and secondary stage to analysis.So,it truly reflects the views and attitudes of users in the process of using.In this paper,the review information of online education platform for primary and secondary stage from January 2020 to December 2020 was taken as the research sample to analyze the service quality and satisfaction of the platform.In the research of the quality for platform service,the online education platform is ranked through the statistical analysis of the scores of each platform.The research shows that the service quality of Zhangmen 1-1,Nanobox,Gaotu Classroom,Monkey Tutoring and Xueersi is higher.In the research of the satisfaction of platform,TF-IDF algorithm is applied to the find words which have higher value.Then,word vectilization is car-ried out based on Word2vec and sentiment classification models of LSTM and CNN are established respectively.The analysis results show that the sentiment classifica-tion result of CNN model is better.On this basis,principal component analysis is used to extract the index characteristics and form the influence index system of sat-isfaction.Finally,the quadrifid graphs model is used to analyze the satisfaction and importance of the indicators.It is concluded that the market competitive advantage of the online education platform for primary and secondary stage is the course type,which includes the explanation of many required courses and elective courses.At the same time,in order to improve users' satisfaction,the platform needs to improve the situation of system and pay attention to the improvement of students' learning effectiveness.
