With the advent of the era of big data, data analysis jobs have become a rising star that attracts much attention today. All industries need talents with data analysis skills. However, while the demand for data analysis jobs is increasing, there are many graduates who are very close to each other who have difficulty finding employment. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to explore the recruitment of data analysis talents in the job market,to dig out the enterprise's requirements for data analysis talents, and to provide some references for talent training in schools and job seekers who want to engage in data analysis positions. This article crawled 11224 data to analyze job recruitment information from the Carefree Jobs website.First,we use descriptive statistics to characterize companies that need data analysis jobs according to the nature of company ownership, company size, and industry distribution.Compare the difference in demand for data analysis positions from three perspectives, regions, and regions.Look at the specific requirements for data analysis positions from the three aspects of education, work experience, and skill requirements, and explore the differences in salaries in different regions, industries, and companies. The topic information is extracted from the post information in the region, the LDA model is constructed, and the feature words of the post are analyzed in each region to explore the differences between regions. Finally, the post information is clustered using the pre-trained Word2 vec model and Single-pass clustering. Finally, the data analysis positions of each category are compared in terms of skill requirements, regional distribution, industry distribution, and salary level. Finally,it is concluded that private enterprises, small and medium enterprises, the Internet and manufacturing industries most need data analysis talents.Data analysis positions are mainly concentrated in East and South China. The requirements for posts are not high, mainly for the minimum undergraduate or college degree.Preference is given to 1 Those with annual work experience have requirements for both hard skills and soft power.High-paying regions are in North,East, and South China.High-paying industries are the Internet and financial industries.High-paying enterprises are private and public institutions. The topic model extracts the three themes of "soft power","hard skills" and "post business" from the data analysis job requirements. In terms of "soft power",economically developed regions focus on logic and data sensitivity, and less developed regions focus on leadership in terms of "hard skills",except for central China, other regions have high requirements for computer programming capabilities. There is no significant difference in the keywords of "post business" in each region.Text clustering divides data analysis positions into technical and business types. The technical types are concentrated in the Internet industry, and the business types are scattered in the Internet, finance, and manufacturing. The technical type is far higher than the business type in salary.Based on the above results, this article can help job seekers who are committed to the development of data analysis positions to choose the type of job that suits them, the industry they want to work in,the region they want to develop, and the nature and size of their company according to their career plans. The excavation of information such as skills requirements also has certain reference significance for talent training in schools.Starting from market demand to train data analysis talents that meet market requirements can effectively increase employment rates.
