Investigation On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Information Literacy Cultivation Of New Professional Farmers

With the development of the society,the Internet of Things,5G,Big Data,Artificial Intelligence and other new generation information technologies are playing a more important role in Chinese agricultural production.The practicality of digital farmland,digital grassland,digital animal husbandry,digital aquatic products and other systems has been further strengthened.New professional peasants are the leader of agricultural and rural development in China,and their information literacy is closely connected to the scientific and technological content of agricultural production and the process of agricultural modernization.The Chinese government has issued a series of relevant policy documents to cultivate a large number of high-quality peasants and promote the construction of agricultural informatization.Without a clear theoretical elaboration of the concept of "new professional peasants' information literacy",there still lack of researches which are about cultivation of "new professional peasants' information literacy.By using questionnaire survey and interview methods to carry out empirical investigation on the current situation of information literacy cultivation of new professional peasants in China on the basis of clarifying the information literacy structure of new professional peasants,digging out the problems and loopholes that exist in the current information literacy cultivation of new professional peasants,it helps to put forward several targeted countermeasures,so as to further enhance the quality of new professional peasants in China,and help them adapt to the development of information society.The information literacy of new professional peasants is composed of four parts:information awareness,information knowledge,information ability and information morality.Each part is relatively independent,but interrelated and indispensable.Among them,information awareness is the premise of new professional peasants to carry out information activities,information knowledge is the basis for new professional peasants to complete information activities,information ability is an important reference standard to judge the degree of completion of individual information activities,and information morality restricts the basic trend of individual information activities.Through investigations and researches,it is found that the information literacy of new professional peasants in China presents a great cultivation trend at present.To a certain extent,the cultivation of new professional peasants' information literacy has achieved success,and the level of information literacy of new professional peasants shows relatively optimistic sign.However,there are still some problems to be solved,such as the ineffectively promotion of cultivation support to the in-depth development of the cultivation,the big difference of effects between the information literacy cultivation in each objects,and the unmet need of cultivation contents to new professional peasants in reality.In order to better promote the development of the information literacy cultivation of new professional peasants in China,and comprehensively improve the information literacy of new professional peasants,the following suggestions are put forward: in terms of cultivation support,we should increase capital investment and standardize the use of funds,expand the coverage of propaganda,create more opportunities,improve the security system and pay attention to new professional female peasants.In terms of cultivating objects,we should adopt the strategy of "teaching students in accordance with their aptitude" according to the characteristics of cultivating objects,pay attention to the cultural level of cultivating objects,and encourage individuals to continue to improve their academic qualifications.In terms of cultivation content,create cultivation situation to wake up the information analysis consciousness of new professional peasants,follow the needs of students closely to strengthen the cultivation of information knowledge of new professional peasants,emphasize cooperative learning to improve the information application ability of new professional peasants,keep a watchful eye on the role of teachers to improve the information moral level of new professional peasants.
