| From the perspective of national health strategy,"healthy China 2030 planning outline" puts forward "integration of sports and medicine",strengthens the intervention of non-medical means for health,and attaches importance to the important value of sports in health promotion.Sports to promote health has been the consensus of the whole people,but what kind of sports can improve health needs scientific guidance.The integration of sports and medicine is conducive to the use of the advantages of sports and medicine to solve the three core problems of sports safety,sports effectiveness and sports sustainability.Secondary vocational education(hereinafter referred to as secondary vocational education)is an important part of China’s education system,shouldering the task of training high-quality workers for the country.How to reform secondary vocational physical education in the context of the continuous development of the concept and practice of integration of physical education and medicine has become an important issue.The professional quality of physical education teachers is one of the important factors affecting secondary vocational physical education reform.Therefore,this paper combs the relevant literature through the method of literature to provide theoretical support for this study Delphi method is used to select experts in related fields to construct the knowledge structure of physical health care of secondary vocational physical education teachers.Through questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,the current situation of mastering physical health care knowledge of some secondary vocational physical education teachers in Shandong Province is investigated to understand the basic situation of teachers and the mastering situation of physical health care knowledge,and analyze the existing problems.The results are as follows:1.The knowledge of physical health care that qualified PE teachers should possess in the background of integration of physical medicine includes 323 knowledge points in four fields: the field of physical health includes four parts: health promotion,sports and environment,sports and nutrition,and sports health of different groups;The field of medical supervision includes physical education medical supervision and sports training medical supervision;The field of sports trauma and prevention is divided into three parts: exercise disease,first aid for sports injury and sports injury;The field of sports rehabilitation includes massage,common chronic disease exercise therapy and exercise prescription,and traditional physical health preservation method.2.Physical education teachers in secondary vocational schools pay little attention to the integration of physical education and medical education,master the knowledge of sports health care is not balanced,and the knowledge of occupational disease prevention related to occupation is insufficient.3.The promotion strategies of sports health care knowledge of secondary vocational physical education teachers are as follows: strengthening the mastery of sports human science knowledge;Consolidate the knowledge of sports health care through post service training;The combination of teaching and scientific research promotes teachers’ professional development;Open a new channel for PE teachers to enter the sports prescription clinic for further study;To attract sports and medical talents into the secondary vocational physical education teachers. |
