Research On The Sports Value Development Of Table Tennis From The Perspective Of Lifelong Sports

Table tennis is the national game of our country.It has a high social influence among the people.With its diversified nature and deep mass basis,the form of table tennis suitable for all ages have also emerged spontaneously.Therefore,the research of the sports value of table tennis under the perspective of life-long sports has important theoretical value and practical guiding significance,which promots the development of three strategies of "healthy China","national fitness","sports powerhouse" and the table tennis industry.Life-long sports represent the total of physical education and physical exercise for a person in his life.The life-long education to the masses is the ultimate interpretation of any kind of sports value.Sports value is mainly divided into five aspects: fitness,education,entertainment,politics and economy.At present,there are many but unbalanced researches on the value of table tennis by domestic scholars,which focuse on its fitness value,but lack comprehensively and systematically.Therefore,this article is closely related to the theme of life-long sports,taking the value development of table tennis as the research object,using literature data,logical analysis,questionnaire survey,expert interviews,mathematical statistics and other research methods,focusing on selecting seven representative groups of infants,young children,adolescents,youth,middle-aged,elderly,and longevity,putting forward countermeasures for the development of different sports values of table tennis,in order to achieve another leap in the cause of table tennis.The following preliminary conclusions are drawn through research:(1)There are differences in the presentation of the sports value of table tennis at all stages of life: Promoting the early socialization of infants;Establish young children’s self-confidence,will,personality,and emotions;Promoting adolescents’ bone growth and development,improving their own immunity,especially the flexibility of the nervous system;Promoting youth people’s interpersonal and emotional communication,and improving mental health;Delaying the mental decline of middle-aged people,exercising to correct vision;Preventing Alzheimer’s disease,enriching elderly,and benefiting health and longevity.(2)The fitness value of table tennis is mainly to strengthen the body and improve the level of physical and mental health,but there is still a low degree of popularity of table tennis in community activities;The value of educational lies in teaching table tennis skills,spreading table tennis culture,standardizing social behavior and inspiring national spirit,but there is the characteristic of a single school teaching model;The value of entertainment lies in enriching the people’s leisure life,regulating the pace of study,work and life,and spending leisure time well,but there is the characteristic of a low degree of network media development;The value of political is conducive to stimulating patriotism and creating a stable and peaceful social environment,but it still has the characteristics of weaker diplomatic function;The value of economic is conducive to promoting the formation of life-long consumption and life-long supply economic concepts,but there is still a small market scale and no large-scale industrial consumer group has formed.(3)Guiding by fitness,entertainment and medical rehabilitation,innovating the organizational form of table tennis,perfecting the grading system of social sports instructors of table tennis and expanding the development of fitness value;Strengthening the enlightenment education of table tennis,increasing school table tennis learning and practicing lessons,innovating table tennis education model,reflecting the development of educational value;Developing the star effect of table tennis,supporting the table tennis film and television industry,promoting the development of table tennis network media,enhancing the level of entertainment,and presenting the value development of sports and entertainment;Playing to the role model of table tennis,improving the political and professional qualities of athletes,and offering ideological and political courses with table tennis as the theme to highlight the development of political value;Expanding media publicity,creating a table tennis culture,innovating the development model of table tennis clubs,improving and optimize consumption levels of all age groups,and demonstrating the development of economic value.
