In the modern society with the rapid development of information technology,information technology has been integrated into education,promoting,changing and shaping education.As a typical representative of online learning,educational virtual community is also promoting the realization of educational modernization,which is a high-level product of the integration of technology and education.In the process of application,it is inevitable to produce ethical anomie that affects community order.Therefore,many experts and scholars have formulated ethical principles of educational virtual community to ensure the sound development of educational virtual community.As a major member of the community and a "social being",learners must meet their needs and realize their self-worth through interaction.The interactive behavior of learners in the educational virtual community is the key factor that affects the process of learners' transformation from knowledge to wisdom,accumulation and promotion in the educational virtual community.With the deepening of the research on the effect of ethical principles in educational virtual community,the research should not only fully consider different subjects,but also consider the different influences of different cognitive styles among subjects.Therefore,exploring the role of ethical principles in educational virtual community on the interactive behavior of field-dependent learners not only has an important impact on the realization of the development goals of "truth,goodness and beauty" by learners with different cognitive styles in educational virtual community,but also has great significance for building a standardized,unified,interconnected,safe and reliable educational virtual community.This study is based on the platform of "Learning Science and Technology" education virtual community built by Qufu Normal University to realize the "zero distance" between teachers and students,and integrates the author's years of learning,interaction,guidance,management and research experience accumulated in the education virtual community as a learner,student aid and guidance during undergraduate and postgraduate years,which provides scientific research ideas and feasible practical basis for this study.On the basis of in-depth interviews with relevant experts,scholars and learners of educational virtual community,and under the guidance of relevant theories,the author draws up a questionnaire on the interaction between ethical principles of educational virtual community and field-dependent learners,comprehensively uses various research methods,and explains in detail the interaction process between ethical principles of educational virtual community and field-dependent learners based on empirical analysis conclusions,and constructs an action model diagram.The specific research process is as follows:First of all,it clarifies the research background and significance of this study,sorts out the research results of relevant ideas,theories and practices at home and abroad,and expounds the research contents,ideas,methods and theoretical basis on the basis of existing achievements;Secondly,the key concepts of this study are defined from "community" to "virtual community" and then to "educational virtual community" to clarify the evolution process;This paper interprets the connotation of "ethics","ethics of educational virtual community" and then "ethical principles of educational virtual community",and summarizes the field-dependent cognitive modes involved in this study in detail,analyzes the essential characteristics of learners' interactive behavior in educational virtual community,and classifies them hierarchically;Thirdly,based on the research hypothesis,field-dependent learners in educational virtual community are selected by Embedded Figure Test,and the test method,scoring standard,implementation process and result analysis are introduced.The design,pre-test correction,centralized distribution,effective recovery,identification,processing and empirical analysis of questionnaire data are expounded,and the research hypothesis is verified on this basis.Then,Conduct interviews with some field-dependent learners,based on the interview results and empirical conclusions,analyze the three levels of field-dependent learners' low-order interaction,middle-order interaction and high-order interaction of field-dependent learners,and the interaction model of ethics of educational virtual community is constructed.Finally,this paper elaborates the research conclusions,points out the innovations and shortcomings of this research,and makes an effective prospect for future research.
