The Influence Of Rural Population Aging On Agricultural Economy In Shandong Province

As a trend of globalization,population aging has become a common problem faced by human society.As a populous province,Shandong's population aging level is higher than the national level,but due to the transfer of high-quality young adults to the city,Shandong's rural population aging phenomenon is more serious.The severe aging of rural population is bound to affect the supply of agricultural production labor force,which will have a profound impact on the development of agricultural economy in Shandong Province.But agriculture is the foundation of the national economy,agriculture also occupies an important position in the economy of Shandong Province,the position of agriculture must be safeguarded.Based on the rural areas of Shandong Province,this paper studies the impact of aging of rural population on agricultural economy in Shandong Province from theoretical and empirical perspectives,which has reference significance for the sustainable and healthy development and modernization construction of agriculture in Shandong Province.In this paper,literature research,qualitative analysis and mathematical model methods,combing the relevant research results,analysis of the rural population aging and agricultural economy in Shandong Province,the impact of rural population aging in Shandong Province on agricultural economy.Through theoretical analysis and empirical analysis found that although the rural population aging will promote to raise the level of mechanization of farming scale,and promote the application of agricultural science and technology but also can directly to the negative effects of agricultural labor supply,and because agricultural labor supply positive effects on the agricultural production value,through agricultural labor supply after indirect negative effects on the agricultural production value,eventually hinder the development of agricultural economy.Finally,according to the above conclusions,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions for the further development of agricultural economy in Shandong Province.The aging situation of rural population in Shandong Province is severe,and has a negative impact on agricultural economy.Therefore,we should make reasonable use of the aging of the population to change the disadvantage into the advantage to support the development of agriculture,specific measures include adjusting the population policy,developing rural economy,moderate scale management,building infrastructure,strengthening education to attract talents,research and development and promotion of science and technology,development of the elderly workforce,and so on.
