With the continuous acceleration of my country's urbanization and industrialization process,the speed and scale of population movement are also expanding,and a large number of rural floating populations have poured into cities to find jobs.Affected by children's education and family factors,children move to cities with their parents,resulting in a large number of mobile youths in cities.Although living with their parents,they have insufficient parental care,parent-child communication,and family support,which directly affects the parent-child relationship and the interpersonal skills of young people.What needs attention is that peer bullying has appeared in the migrant youth group,directly forming their mental health,peer relationship and social development and other related issues,and then affecting their physical and mental health and overall development.In recent years,the survival and development of migrant youth has gradually become a key concern in the fields of society,government and social work.Domestic and foreign researches on the bullying of migrant youths are increasing day by day,but most of the research objects are concentrated on the bullied.There are few studies on migrant youth peer bullies.This lack of attention makes it impossible to form objective cognition and professional support for this group of youths in reality,which is not conducive to promoting their positive development and healthy growth.It is extremely easy make them a factor of social instability.This research is guided by the theory of social support,taking migrant youth peer bullies in Q community of Jinan as an example,focusing on the local cultural environment,paying attention to the social support of migrant youth peer bullies,starting from their lack of social support,and providing support to migrant youth peers.Integrate and improve the social support resources of bullies,improve the social support capabilities of migrant youth peer bullies,avoid them from getting astray and self-labeling,and explore the prevention and treatment concepts and measures of migrant youth peer bullies in the local cultural environment.This article uses qualitative research methods to investigate the phenomenon of migrant peer bullies in Q communities in Jinan City.Through attribution analysis,it is found that the phenomenon of migrant peer bullies is mainly manifested in four aspects:First,migrant peer bullies Insufficient personal self-support,cognitive bias towards bullying,insufficient socialization ability,and self-stigmatization;the second is insufficient family support,parental parenting methods and parent-child communication problems,insufficient parental care,lack of communication between parents and children,parents There is a lack of awareness of bullying;third,insufficient community support,manifested in insufficient community safety supervision,unhealthy community subcultures,and social worker capacity building problems that need to be improved;fourth,insufficient campus prevention support,manifested by the school's emphasis on exam-oriented education.Ignore moral education and teachers' "labeling" thinking and behavior.From the perspective of social work,prevent and intervene in the phenomenon of peer bullying by migrant young people,and supplement and improve their social support resources throughout it.Prevention strategies require social workers to strengthen guidance and education advocacy for migrant youth peer bullies,promote parent-child communication,and improve the service capabilities of social workers;intervention strategies require social workers to use rational emotional therapy and behavior modification models,supplemented by Educational theater and role-playing change the cognition of bullies,control emotions,and learn to express to reduce the frequency of bullying,and link schools to carry out delayed education to form a family-community-school synergy.By realizing the integration and improvement of social support resources for migrant young peer bullies,construct a friendly and supportive atmosphere in which migrant young peer bullies truly change.
