cause of sudden exercise-related deaths,which makes the health problems of obese children aroused social attention.Most of the existing body function detection methods use biochemical index detection,and only focus on the detection of body subsystems.Although these detection methods can find out whether there is a disease in the current child,they cannot play a very good early warning role.The detection process will also be restricted by various factors,and the fluctuation of heart rate can effectively reflect the subject Whether the body function is in a stable state.The RRI(RR interval)reflects the length of time the subject’s heart fluctuates once.Therefore,it is very necessary to propose a comprehensive and convenient detection method based on RRI.The HBV measurement method mentioned and verified in this article is based on the complexity science proposed by the Institute of Sports Science of the General Administration of Sport of China.It uses RRI to calculate the information entropy of the continuous dynamic data of human behavior to describe the behavioral vitality(BVD parameter)of the overall functional state of the human body.)Innovative methods.This study uses literature data,experimental methods and mathematical statistics to randomly select 7-9 years old children with normal constitution and children with BMI reaching obesity standards in Shandong Province.Based on the risk assessment and monitoring technology of the HBV method,the overall situation of the tested children The behavioral vitality of the functional state is analyzed and studied,and the average heart rate and SDNN index are compared to analyze the advantages and disadvantages and sensitivity of the HBV method.The study has the following results:1.There is no significant difference in the resting heart rate information entropy between the normal group and the obese group(P>0.05).Since people are awake,their own ability to regulate and balance is at play,so obese children and normal children will be in a relatively stable state in all aspects of the body in daily life,and there is no significant difference.2.The deep sleep heart rate information entropy of children in the normal group and the obese group is significantly different(P<0.05).Since the human body’s activity reaches the highest level in deep sleep,the body begins to repair itself.During this period,the body only maintains the most basic physiological activities,so differences between individuals will also appear.3.There is a significant difference in the average heart rate between the resting state and the deep sleep state of the tested children(P<0.05).The average heart rate of the children under the resting state and the deep sleep state is different,which fully shows that the person is greatly affected by the outside world in the awake state,and the average heart rate in the resting state,that is,the waking state,is higher than that in the deep sleep state.Sleep state.4.In the analysis of the difference between the average heart rate of the children in the obesity group and the normal group,there was no significant difference in the average heart rate no matter in the resting state or in the deep sleep state(P>0.05).This result shows that it is not feasible to observe and evaluate the subtle changes at the microscopic level of the human body with the average heart rate value,and the sensitivity is poor.5.In the BVD paired sample test of children in the obesity group and the normal group,the two groups of tested children did not show a significant the comparison of the SDNN average and difference between the obese group and the normal group,the difference between the two groups of children was P=0.03<0.05,and the SDNN value of the normal group was greater than that of the obese group.The SDNN value reflects the complexity of individual heart rate signal changes,and its complexity is directly proportional to the health of the body.The differences between the two groups of tested children show that it is feasible to analyze the human body from a micro level.After the experiment and analysis of this article,the following conclusions can be drawn:1.Based on the HBV method proposed by RRI,it is used to analyze the changes in the body function of obese children at the micro level and apply it to the monitoring of physical health detection and sports training.Real-time reflection of the body function status is feasible and necessary of.2.In comparison with the average heart rate analysis method,the HBV method showed higher sensitivity,and analyzed the difference between the obese group and the normal group of children in the deep sleep stage,which is not achieved by the average heart rate analysis.3.Compared with the HRV analysis method,the HBV method not only has the ability to analyze micro-level changes,but also can compare the physical function status of a single individual at any two periods,so the HBV method is more practical in terms of prediction and application. |
