Purposes:As a non-invasive physiotherapy method, fascia knife has been shown in foreign countries to promote the relaxation and recovery of exercise fatigue, but there are few relevant studies in China. Therefore, through acute and chronic intervention, this study explores the effects of fascia knife intervention on heart rate variability(HRV)and catecholamine(CA)of outstanding male rowers, and explores the effectiveness of fascia knife intervention as an auxiliary means of fatigue recovery in athletes. Methods:Subjects: The study took a randomized controlled experiment and selected 44 people from the Shanghai men’s rowing team for acute and chronic intervention. The effects of fascial knife intervention on heart rate variability and catecholamine in excellent male rowers were studied.Intervention Methods: This study is divided into 1 fascia knife intervention experiment and 2 weeks chronic fascia knife intervention experiment. All athletes under carry out a week of heavy-duty training before intervention to ensure that the body is in a state of deep fatigue. After a week of heavy-duty training, the athletes were treated with an acute fascia knife intervention and a 2-week fascia knife chronic intervention, which grew up to about 30 min/person.During the fascia knife intervention, the subjects were in a relaxed state, and the relaxation treatment of fascia knife was carried out in the two-sided front of the thigh, the hind muscle group of the thighs and calves, and the whole back muscle group. The conditions were the same for the control group athletes except that they did not accept fascia knife intervention.Based on the test results, the effects of fascia knife intervention on indicators such as CA and HRV of outstanding male rowers were initially discussed.Test indicators and methods: pre-and post-intervention measurement of subjective fatigue sensation, pain level, heart rate variability(Omegawave),exercise fatigue-related indicators and plasma cyanolamine concentration(high-efficiency liquid chromatography)to evaluate the effect of intervention, the initial analysis of its mechanism. The indicators tested included:(1)heart rate variability-related indicators:SDNN,RMSSD,SDSD,TP,HF,HFn.u.,LF,LFn.u.,VLF,LF/HF;Results:(1)After the acute intervention of fascia knife, the subjective fatigue scale score of the athletes was significantly reduced(P<0.05),the wong-Baker pain scale score was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the control group Wong-Baker pain scale score was significantly increased(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the pre-intervention,after the acute intervention of the fascia knife, the intervention group HRV time domain indicators SDSD and RMSSD showed a significant upward trend, with a significant upward trend,(-22.77 percent,25.28 percent,0.05<P<0.1,0.05<P<0.1).Compared with the control group, there were no statistical changes(P>0.05)in the acute intervention group SDSD,RMSSD and SDNN,but the increase in the indicators in the intervention group was greater than that in the control group.Intervention group HV frequency domain indicator HF.n.u,LF.n.u,TP,LF/HF had no statistical changes before intervention(P>0.05);<0.05,η~2 s 0.305),LF.n.u decreased significantly(-3.38%,-36.23%,P<0.05,η~2=0.305).(3)After the acute intervention of fascia knife, compared with the control group,NA showed a significant upward trend(-0.84%,-7.61%,0.05<P<0.1,η~2 =0.184).(4)After the chronic intervention of fascia knife, the subjective fatigue scale score of athletes was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and compared with the control group, the pain scale score of Wong-Baker was significantly reduced(-16.17%,+93%,0.05<P<0.1,compared with the control group.η~2 =0.173).(5)Compared with before intervention, there were no statistical changes in SDNN,SDSD and RMSSD between the two groups after chronic fascial knife intervention(P>0.05),but the reduction in the intervention group was small(-25.33%,-28.08%,P>0.05;-26.66%,-29.75%,P>0.05;-25.86%,-27.98%,P>0.05).There were no statistical changes(P>0.05)in the HRV frequency domain indicators HF.n.u,LF.n.u<,TP,LF/HF in the intervention group;(6)Compared with before intervention, after chronic fascia knife intervention,DA decreased significantly compared to pre-intervention(-9.71%,P<0.05);control group DA decreased compared to pre-experiment(-10.9%,P<0.05),and after chronic fascia knife intervention, there were no statistical changes between the two groups of DA,NA and ADR.Findings:1.An acute intervention of Fascia knife can improve the autonomic nervous regulation function and increase HRV,which can alleviate the fatigue symptoms of elite rowers.2.After two weeks of Fascia knife chronic intervention, the subjective fatigue of elite rowers was significantly improved, which was related to the improvement of the balance of sympathetic nervous system and vagus nerve. |
