At present,in order to effectively allocate educational resources and satisfy the diverse needs of people towards education,the government advocates vigorously developing private education.Private primary school Y,a primary school section of F Education Group was founded in 2016 and positioned as an upscale international primary school.The establishment of the school is to fill the gap of high-end private primary education resources and meet the needs of local high-end consumer families for international primary education.The teacher is not only the staff of the school,but also the tutor and promoter of the students,and also the main body of the operation and development of the whole organization.Therefore,in order to participate in market competition and improve their competitiveness in the industry,the management staff of the school should focus on strengthening its human resources management and improving the enthusiasm for work for its teachers.The research study on teachers' job satisfaction can help schools to understand the current situation and needs of teachers,and can better manage,maintain team stability and improve teachers' work enthusiasm.The research object of this paper is all Chinese teachers in private primary school Y.With the development and expansion of the school,many teachers at the school often complain about the heavy workload,the complex and repetitive work content,and the great work pressure.In addition,many young teachers show work anxiety,even some teachers have psychological problems.Furthermore,some teachers' work enthusiasm is getting lower and the school turnover rate was getting to rise last year.In the past year,parents' satisfaction with teachers has begun to decline and the complaint rates of parents have also started to rise.The number of students transferring due to dissatisfaction with school teachers has also started to rise.Therefore,based on these situations,the sch ool management decided to investigate teachers' satisfaction in order to understand teachers' current working status and their inner needs.The author will also use this opportunity to study the teachers' job satisfaction of private primary school Y,and help the management find ways to improve the teachers' satisfaction and their work enthusiasm,so as to improve the current situation of school management.This paper is mainly based on the theory of employee satisfaction,designing an outline of interviews according to the actual situation of private primary school Y.Through one-toone interviews,we have an in-depth understanding of teachers' opinions on school management and daily work.Then,through the analysis of the interview data,we can get the results of teachers' job satisfaction,and extract the key influencing factors of teachers' satisfaction.In addition,the questionnaire will be designed according to these influencing factors and the existing research on job satisfaction.The content of th e questionnaire includes school management,organizational atmosphere,teachers' work,and living environment,work content,compensation and benefits,training and career development,self-realization,and promotion.The questionnaire is then distributed to all Chinese teachers in private primary school Y,and the survey data is analysed.The result of data analysis shows that the job satisfaction of teachers in Y private primary school needs to be improved.First,Teachers think that work pressure is the most direct reason to affect their job satisfaction,especially for the teacher in charge of the class,the influencing factors are obvious.The experienced teachers in the "New and Old Heritage" project have a greater pressure;Second,the school's current management system,approval process,and work procedures are complicated,increasing the workload of teachers and causing teachers to have negative emotions.Some claim that school training is not systematic,the content is theoretical and lacks practical significance and effectiveness.Finally,Teachers' commuting traffic problems affect teachers' job satisfaction.Therefore,based on the above questionnaire results,applying Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,Herzberg's two-factor theory and fairness theory,combined with the current situation and development goals of private primary school Y,the paper puts forward specific plans to improve teachers' job satisfaction as follows: First,schools need to formulate clear job descriptions,so as to make teaching Teachers' roles and responsibilities are more clear;in the meanwhile,teachers need to improve teachers' training system and optimize teachers training program,especially the training program for new teachers;then the school need to optimize consultative teacher development evaluation program and improve performance management process;In addition,the school will optimize the welfare content of teachers,and give them support in their work.Finally,the school will help teachers enhance their sense of professional honor and enhance their ability to resist pressure.This study enriches the theoretical research on the job satisfaction of private primary school teachers.In practice,it can help the school to improve the enthusiasm of teachers,and effectively carry out human resource management.At the same time,it can provide some reference for other private primary schools to carry out human resource management and fill the gap of the current research on teachers' job satisfaction in private primary schools.
