| Biological experiment is not only one of the unit elements of biological knowledge,but also the basis of forming the knowledge system of biological subject,and also an important method that students need to master in middle school.In biology learning,biology experiment can help students understand and master the thinking mode and values behind the formation of biology and biological theoretical knowledge system.However,in the practice of education,it is found that due to the limitations of experimental devices and experimental equipment and the relative tension of class hours,many teachers have changed the experiment to the experiment.It is also found that some experimental materials suggested in some experimental textbooks are difficult to deal with,some experiments take a long time to operate,and some experimental phenomena are not obvious,which lead to the low opening rate of some experiments.At the same time,there are more qualitative experiments and less quantitative experiments in the teaching materials,which are not consistent with the advocacy of"both attach importance to the concept"of the new curriculum standard.The proportion of verification is large,the proportion of inquiry experiment is small,which is not conducive to the cultivation of students’core literacy.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the existing problems in biological experiments in order to improve the opening rate of biological experiments,cultivate students’interest in learning,improve students’ability of scientific thinking,exploration and practical operation.This research takes several experiments of biology compulsory 1 of People’s Education Press as the research object to explore the selection of experimental materials and the improvement of detection method:Firstly,the experiment of detection of carbohydrate,protein and starch in biological tissues was improved,the author selected a variety of common materials in daily life as the experimental materials for the detection of sugars,and screened the fruits,Longan,winter melon,watermelon and pear as the materials for the detection of sugars,the temperature of heating and the amount of Perrin reagent used were optimized,and good experimental results were obtained at the specific temperature and the amount of film reagent used,which enriched the choice of experimental materials.Detection of protein in biological tissue also improved the material,the selected soybean homogenate,Tofu homogenate,pregnant women’s milk powder,infant milk powder,egg white,milk can be used as detection of protein experimental materials,at the same time,the coomassie brilliant blue method was added to detect protein,which is helpful to expand students’knowledge.In the selection of abundant materials,wheat flour,glutinous rice flour,corn flour,Chinese Yam,Sweet Potato,kidney bean and potato can be used to detect starch,it is found that Yam,sweet potato,Kidney Bean and potato are not easy to grind,and it takes a long time to grind the sample solution Secondly,the experiment of"comparing the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide under different conditions"was improved from four aspects:Material Expansion,changing qualitative detection method to quantitative method,changing O2detection method,and changing the experimental device The fresh liver materials were replaced by plant materials such as Green Radish,potato,pea tip and Jasminum nudiflorum tip,which were easy to preserve and to make enzyme-containing extracts.Meanwhile,the device was changed to be suitable for quantitative experiment and O2detection with Methylene blue,objective in order to solve the uncertainty of O2 detection by hygienic aroma,the quantitative method was used to analyze the experimental results with data,which made the experimental results more accurate.Finally,the qualitative detection method was changed into the quantitative method for the experiment of exploring yeast cell aspiration,and CO2was detected by the Bromothymol blue method,objective to improve the problem of the unapparent phenomenon and the long time of the original experiment.Finally,according to the Experiment Improvement Design Implementation Plan,the improved experiment plan is applied to the teaching practice.And through the classroom observation of student learning performance,observation of student experimental results,students on the collection of experimental results,analysis of the results and other aspects of the effect of experimental improvement.It is found that the students study seriously,treat the experiment seriously,have a strong interest in learning,actively participate in the experiment operation,and have a strong thirst for knowledge.This paper makes a preliminary discussion and analysis on the practical research in biology teaching of senior high school after the improvement of experiment and experiment,summarizes the effect of experiment teaching,and reflects on the shortcomings of the research,some suggestions on the improvement of experiment and the implementation of teaching are put forward in the hope of providing some references for teachers and students.In this paper,the time limit only for the compulsory one of a few experiments have been improved,need to continue to other experiments in the future to improve the optimization of the problems;To improve the experimental deficiencies
