Point-geometry is a new type of geometric algebra system recently proposed by Academician Zhang Jingzhong.It takes into account the advantages of vector method,coordinate method and particle geometry while avoiding their shortcomings.It can improve the current situation that plane geometry and plane vector are difficult to learn.In this study,the linear operation of point-geometry is selected for application research in high school mathematics teaching,mainly to verify whether point-geometry is suitable for teaching and learning through teaching practice.Before the teaching research,the linear operation of point-geometry is studied theoretically,and the conclusion further proves that the linear operation of point-geometry is of great help to the improvement of students’ thinking and core literacy.After the teaching design research,the teaching practice and questionnaire survey are used to test the application effect of linear operation of point-geometry in teaching.Therefore,this study mainly includes three aspects:(1)The study of linear operation theory of point-geometry,mainly introduces the theory of linear operation of point-geometry and its application to three types of questions: parallel or equal,collinear and intersecting.It analyzes the point-geometry method to improve students’ thinking and literacy help.(2)Research on the teaching design of linear operation of point-geometry.Firstly,it analyzes the teaching content,learners,teaching goals and teaching process.Based on this,the teaching design of linear operation of point-geometry is divided into two lessons.(3)Teaching experiment research.After the teaching experiment,test papers and survey papers are designed to test the effect of teaching,and the results are analyzed in detail.The students ’understanding and grasp of linear operation of point-geometry,the effect of applying point-geometry method to solve problems,and the students’ views and attitudes on point-geometryknowledge are investigated.After the above research,the following conclusions are obtained: students have a better understanding and grasp of linear operations of point-geometry,point-geometry method has simple steps to solve the problem,obvious geometric meaning,reduces the difficulty of understanding the problem,and has some students’ thinking and literacy training.In addition,students in the survey generally liked it and are able to accept relevant knowledge of point-geometry.They thought that the definition of linear operation of point-geometry was easier to understand and grasp.In a word,the linear operation of point-geometry has a good application effect in high school mathematics teaching.It has tested the feasibility of the implementation of point-geometry teaching,and also played a reference and reference role for the further promotion of point-geometry.
