Cooperative learning has a far-reaching research history abroad,and many famous scholars have participated in its research to make it widely used.Cooperative learning has great benefits for fostering students' spirit of cooperation and improving the dull classroom atmosphere in the past.It can also make full use of classroom resources to achieve mutual help.In China,cooperative learning was only introduced in the 1980 s,and there are still some imperfections in the research of cooperative learning.The lack of effective guidance and evaluation of students by front-line teachers in practice has led to unsatisfactory cooperative learning..The first-year students have just entered the junior high school from primary school,and their psychological and physical development is not mature enough.It is a special stage.In the face of the learning environment,the changes in learning tasks are not yet suitable.Some difficulties.Under the guidance of the new curriculum standards,this article has made an in-depth discussion and research on the group cooperative learning in the first grade classroom.This article first finds relevant theoretical support through literature research.Then through questionnaire surveys and interviews,we conducted an in-depth survey of the status of cooperative learning in the first grade mathematics classroom.Through the questionnaire survey and interview results,we discovered the deficiencies in the implementation of cooperative learningin the classroom,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the problems found.The questionnaire is divided into six dimensions: discussion format;discussion effectiveness;teacher participation and evaluation;cooperation awareness;learning awareness;knowledge control;a total of 18 questions.The interviews are divided into student interviews and teacher interviews.Through the analysis of questionnaires and interview results,the problems of teachers and students are sorted out.The problems of students are mainly:(1)insufficient understanding of cooperative learning;(2)unclear division of labor within the group;(3)insufficient self-control;(4)Lack of cooperation experience;(5)Insufficient learning initiative;The main problems of teachers are:(1)No scientific selection of team members;(2)Inadequately arranged cooperation tasks;(3)Inaccurate positioning of themselves;(4)The establishment of teacher evaluation system is not perfect.Based on the above questions,the author proposes relevant countermeasures and teaching cases,and implements the teaching cases into the classroom to observe the effect of group cooperation.
