Research On Ceremonial Sports Of Ethnic Minorities In My Country

Ancient and mysterious,ritual sports of ethnic minorities,with a long history and profound connotation,is an important part of the traditional sports culture of ethnic minorities.It plays a significant role in the life of their own ethnic minority groups,which is of great value to the inheritance of ethnic culture,the promotion of ethnic unity and the enhancement of ethnic pride.In an effort to better and more comprehensively study the ritual sports activities of ethnic minorities in China.In this study,the relevant theories of sports anthropology are used,combined with scientific research methods such as literature,field survey,logical analysis,historical research,etc.for in-depth and careful research.And the research conclusions mainly include the following five aspects:First,the emergence and evolution of minority ritual sports.Ethnic minority ritual sports in China chiefly originated from religious sacrifices and primitive witchcraft.They all communicate with "mysterious forces" through special physical activities or body movements to seek blessing;Second,the evolution of ethnic minority ritual sports largely involves two aspects: The evolution from entertaining gods to entertaining people;this evolution is primarily the recovery of human nature,and ritual sports increasingly reflects the "people-oriented" feature;The change from ritual to exhibition is a change in the mode of ritual sports activities,mainly including changes in organizational methods and paying growing attention to performance.Third,the composition and classification of minority ritual sports.The four elements of minority ritual sports in China are faith,collective jubilation,physical activities,and unchanging procedures.It falls into three categories: dance,confrontation and technique.Fourth,the value of minority ritual sports.The value of minority ritual sports in China is mainly divided into three aspects: first,the value of ritual sports to sports itself: It reflects that the ritual makes sports more noble,more appealing,and makes traditional minority sports better inherited.Second,the cultural value of minority ritual sport: It can enhance cultural identity and establish ethnic self-confidence,emotional catharsis and psychological comfort,and inherit excellent culture;Third,the social value of minority ritual sport: It promotes the combination of culture and tourism and rural revitalization,facilitates rural governance,guides healthy folk customs,maintains ethnic unity,and improves ethnic exchanges.Fifth,the realization of minority ritual sports value.It mostly proposes to realize the value of ritual sports from three aspects: the support of external policy conditions,the promotion of new media platforms such as self-media,the coexistence of original ecological culture and modern culture.Finally,we must always be in awe of nature,and let minority ethnic ritual sports continue to take root on the earth of China with its everlasting vitality.
