The development of information technology has greatly changed the current state of people's study,work and life,and brought innovation to people's life.At present,modern education technology has greatly reformed the past teaching model,multimedia technology and Internet technology has greatly changed the way of teaching,improve the teaching effect.However,middle school teachers' attitudes and behaviors are inconsistent in the application of modern educational technology.Therefore,this paper chooses middle school teachers in L City to study their attitudes and behaviors of modern educational technology.This paper mainly adopts questionnaire survey and interview method,and conducts investigation and analysis on the theory of attitude formation and change in management psychology,especially festinger's cognitive dissonance theory.Selected the L City five line of the middle school teaching teachers as survey objects,designed the test of middle school teachers' attitudes and behavior of the modern education technology scale,from the modern education technology elements including cognitive factors,emotional factors and behavioral intention three dimension of attitude survey questionnaire was designed,and the experience,concreteness three social restrictions and attitudes affect middle school teachers of modern education technology the consistency of attitude and behavior.Selected the X middle school of L City A,B,C,D,E and F six,and the principal,teachers and A director of the office of the G H as interview object,from the attitude of the cognitive factors,emotional factors,behavioral factors,and "the social limits to influence attitudes and behavior consistency,experience and attitude concreteness designed the interview outline,factors such as five aspects through interviews to verify the result of questionnaire survey.Through investigation,it is found that the middle school teachers basically hold a positive attitude to the use of modern educational technology in teaching,but their actual behavior(or utilization rate)or efficiency of using modern educational technology is not high,resulting in the inconsistency between their attitude and behavior.Through further research and analysis of the causes of the inconsistency between the attitude and behavior of middle school teachers in modern educational technology,it is found that the greater the social restriction,the greater the consistency of the attitude and behavior of middle school teachers.The richer the experience of middle school teachers to modern educational technology,the stronger the consistency between their attitude and behavior.The more specific the attitude to middle school teachers towards modern educational technology,the better the consistency relationship between their attitude and behavior.Based on above analysis,this paper puts forward the following Suggestions to improve middle school teachers' attitudes and behavior consistent relationships: strengthen the teachers for the experience of modern education technology,strengthen social restrictions on teachers,in teaching management to enhance attention to the teachers' attitude to concreteness,change teachers' recognition and concept of modern education technology,the improvement of teachers' emotional experience for modern education technology.
