Abstract/Summary:
The education informationization is not merely on an information-based environmental construction but mostly on application and in which the teacher plays a key role. How to promote the teachers to use modern educational technology in teaching, has already become a major subject for research to vast educators. In the thesis, aiming at the teachers of two middle schools in Huiyang District, and combining the research method of qualitative and with that of quantitative. Through the investigation of the current situation of teacher using modern educational technology and the analysis of its influence factor, we carried out the effective way of promoting the teacher of middle school of Huiyang District to use modern educational technology.In the thesis, by the two kinds of methods of questionnaire and interview, the author investigates the current situation of the teacher using modern educational technology in teaching. Through an analysis of investigation result, the author summarizes the factors that influence the teacher of middle school to use modern educational technology as follow: At present, there are some problems urgently to be solved about management of educational technology hardware and software in the middle school It is deficient that the teacher has basic theory of educational technology. The attitude problem that teacher had toward modern educational technology. It exists insufficiently that teacher realizes the importance of using modern educational technology in teaching, beause the change of teacher' s idea is influenced by one' s own factor and experience,It has deviations that teacher understand modern educationl technology. Question about trainAnd based on these conclusions , countermeasure and suggestion are put forward: To dispose resources rationally, create good environment for teacher to use modern educational technology. To change teachers' idea, improve teachers to understand the importance of using modern educational technology. To strengthen the strength of training, improve the ability of a teacher' s using modern educational technology. To take the incentive measure, promote the teacher to use modern educational technology.
