Body posture is one of the important external signs of a person's physical health,and good body posture is of great significance to the physical health of high school students.This study aims to seek effective measures to improve the hump of high school students and promote the healthy development of students in the future by measuring the hump of high school students and conducting targeted intervention research on humpback high school students.Taking the influence of physical function training on the bad posture of senior high school students as the research object,using the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper investigates the condition of bad physical posture and physical learning interest in high school students,understands the influence of posture on health,and the importance of maintaining correct posture,and further studies the influence of physical function training on the hunchback of senior high school students through two different training methods to intervene the experimental group and the control group.The following conclusions are drawn:1.The number of high-middle-school students who participated in the test of unhealthy body posture was 174.The normal number of the body posture was 33,accounting for 18.9% of the total number.The number of persons with bad physical posture was 141,accounting for 81.1% of the total number.Among them,the test of all the students with the X-type leg was normal.Among the other three kinds of bad body posture,the number of the high and low shoulders was small,the humpback and the O-type legs were all serious,and the most severe patients with kyphosis were up to 101.2.The number of humpbacks in the experimental group and the control group was 20.After the experiment,the number of humpbacks in the experimental group was 7,accounting for 35% of the total number of the experimental group.The number of humpbacks in the control group was 11,accounting for 55% of the totalnumber of the control group.The number of the normal posture of the students in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.3.Through questionnaires and interviews with 30 students in the first year of senior high school and 12 physical education teachers in Saiwen school,four main factors are summarized,including the teaching methods of physical education,the content setting of teaching,the organization of classes and the facilities of sports venues.4.The mean score of the five dimensions of the students' interest in the experimental group was significantly different from that of the control group.The mean score of the five dimensions in the experimental group was greater than that of the control group,and the P value of the four dimensions was less than 0.05 in the independent sample T test of spss.Through the above conclusions,the physical function training is better than the traditional physical training,and the physical function training method is more effective in improving the students' interest in sports learning.
