At the end of 2011,the National Institute of international education of South Korea and Hanban signed an agreement on exchange and cooperation between Korean and Chinese teachers.In 2012,the CPIK project was officially established to be in charge of the operation of Chinese teaching.Hanban exports a lot of Chinese teachers to primary and junior high schools in South Korea to assist local teachers.Thus,produce a new mode of teaching in Korea,namely cooperative teaching,which has been widely promoted and applied in Korean junior high schools and senior high schools.Cooperative teaching mode is so important in Korean Chinese teaching.This research is of great significance to Korean Chinese teaching.As the education capital of South Korea,Daegu attaches great importance to Chinese teaching,Daegu's cooperative teaching should be concerned.This study is based on experience of working as volunteer in Korea for 11 months from March 2018 to January 2019.Through the questionnaire survey and interview of Chinese and Korean teachers and students who participate in cooperative teaching,and divides cooperative teaching into three modes,explores the advantages and disadvantages combined with cases.Then through the selection of different teaching modes by teachers and students,combined with the performance analysis of each mode,the most effective teaching mode in Korean Chinese classroom is "co leading"mode.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to improve the effectiveness of Chinese Cooperative Teaching:I hope volunteers can improve Korean language level and actively integrate into Korean culture,learn from Korean teachers and determine the division of teaching.Korean teachers can take care of and treat volunteers equally,and act as a "bridge"for communication.And suggested that Korean schools and education departments verify the situation of the schools applying for the project,strive to improve teaching facilities and actively hold training activities.Hanban can strengthen functional and targeted training to ensure the rights and interests of volunteers.
