Traditional “scholar culture” is a key component of China's splendid traditional culture.The spiritual pursuit of “courageously taking safeguarding the world as one's own responsibility” still has great implications for middle school students today.This thesis takes the teaching of ancient poetic prose in the MOE-compiled middle school Chinese textbooks as the carrier,systematically sorts out the development evolution and core principles of traditional Chinese “scholar culture”,and deeply analyzes the cultural connotations and extensions of traditional “scholar culture”.Moreover,from the perspective of teaching practices of middle school Chinese,the thesis proposes a series of teaching conceptions based on the classroom status,thereby nourishing the cultural qualities and patriotism of contemporary middle school students and further inheriting and promoting the outstanding traditional Chinese culture.This thesis illustrates the theme in four parts: Part One systematically sorts out the development evolution of “scholar culture”,analyzes the historical conditions,cultural background,and core principles for the emergence of “scholar culture”,and gains a general understanding on “scholar culture”.Part Two delves into the forms of existence for “scholar culture” in MOE-compiled middle school Chinese textbooks,thereby analyzing the value orientation,ideal personality,and moral cultivation means reflected in “scholar culture”.Part Three starts from the perspective of teaching practice and offers construction and conception on the classroom teaching of“scholar culture” in MOE-compiled middle school Chinese textbooks.
