Research On School-enterprise Cooperation Mode In Technical Colleges

Since the founding of new China,especially after the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of economy and society,all walks of life have more and more demand for skilled personnel,and China’s technical education has also been greatly developed.According to statistics,by the end of 2017,there are 2490 technical colleges and universities in China,with a total number of 3.382 million students.In the past decade,technical colleges and universities have cultivated about 1 million skilled talents for the society every year.It has greatly promoted the rapid development of all walks of life in the country.In order to better cultivate skilled talents to meet the needs of the industry and promote the high-efficiency and sustainable development of enterprises,all kinds of technical colleges and industrial enterprises actively seek cooperation and carry out school enterprise cooperation with rich types,diverse forms and comprehensive scale.However,at present,there are still some defects in the cooperation mode of technical colleges in China,such as the lack of a perfect legal system and operation mechanism,the weak willingness of the main body to participate,and the lack of a sound talent training system,which leads to a great discount in the depth,sustainability and effectiveness of cooperation.This paper will study the practice and theory of school enterprise cooperation in similar colleges and universities at home and abroad,and analyze the defects in the current mode of school enterprise cooperation in China;then focus on the practice of school enterprise cooperation in Yunnan Institute of communications technology as an example,use the relevant knowledge of strategic management analysis to analyze the development of school enterprise cooperation and the selection of school enterprise cooperation mode Through the construction of the evaluation system of the effectiveness of the school enterprise cooperation mode,the effectiveness of the school enterprise cooperation mode of Yunnan Institute of communications technology is analyzed qualitatively.Finally,this paper puts forward its own improvement suggestions based on the actual situation,in order to provide reference for the relevant subjects of school enterprise cooperation of technical colleges in China,and help the school enterprise cooperation of technical colleges and other kinds of schools in China to be more effective,more sustainable,more in-depth and extensive.
