With the advancement of the times and technology and the implementation of mathematics curriculum reform,social requirements have increasingly strict requirements for school teachers' teaching abilities,and every year a large number of normal students graduate from school to teacher positions and become novice teachers.To improve the quality of teachers,need to shorten the growth cycle of novice teachers from ordinary teachers to expert teachers.In this regard,the author interviews different types of teachers and discusses their heterogeneous teaching activities in the same class:Contrastive analysis of classroom videos was conducted in the aspects of "prepare teaching materials","prepare students","prepare teaching goals" before class,"classroom introduction","classroom questions","teaching methods","end method","knowledge consolidation" and "teaching evaluation".The following conclusions were reached:In the process of preparing and teaching,novice teachers are more centered on teaching materials,pay more attention to theories and preset situations,and ignore the subjectivity of students and individual differences;Good at using multimedia to show abstract mathematical knowledge vividly and intuitively to students,neglecting the necessity and importance of the traditional teaching method using blackboard writing;There are too many mechanical questions and lack of deep thinking and questions.In the course of preparing and teaching,ordinary teachers are more based on their own experience,lack of attention and cultivation of students' emotional attitudes,and focus on the presupposition and generation of the teaching process;The introduction to the classroom is poor,but the types of questions in the classroom are evenly distributed,and modern educational technology can be well integrated with traditional teaching methods.The method of ending the class is novel and the effect is considerable.In the course of preparing and teaching,expert teachers attach great importance to the effect of generation,clearly reflect the concept of "students are the main body of the classroom",pay attention to the in-depth questions,cultivate students' divergent thinking,and make them develop independent habits of thinking;Relatively lacks of modern teaching methods,application consciousness and technology mastery and application ability,and focuses on the design and application of blackboard writing,failing to give play to the superiority of multimedia teaching;The method and content of the lesson are closely linked to the teaching goals,and the assignment is reflected in the teaching according to their aptitude;And carry out teaching evaluation according to teaching goals,find advantages and disadvantages,and continuously improve teaching methods.Finally,on the basis of this research,the author based on the different performances of the three types of teachers in different teaching links,from the preparation of lessons and the arrangement of classroom teaching activities,the selection and use of teaching methods,classroom questions,the improvement of teacher quality,and lifelong learning Suggestions for middle school mathematics teachers in the growth of classroom teaching.
