At present, math education is in the reform of the key to the training of maths teachers,and raising the level of specialization is the urgent task, Therefore, Experts Ordinaryteachers are the important topics of the professional growth. How to get novice teachers orprospective teachers went on "professional", first, we must find out the differences betweenexperts teachers and ordinary teachers. The issues is, to find the difference between noviceteachers, or "worse" teachers and experience teachers or " outstanding " teachers. For theimproving of novice teachers, or "worset" teachers provide the basis and content.In order to further understanding the differences of expert teachers and ordinary teachersin the classroom teaching, characteristics of their own teaching, comparative analysis of thedifferences of the three expert teachers and three ordinary teachers in the process ofmathematics teaching in this study. The main method is qualitative research, and using dataanalysis, classroom observation and investigation. There are six teachers’ classroomobservation records and classroom video, on the part of students conducted a questionnairesurvey and interview survey of some teachers.The results of this study show that there are significant differences in lectures,knowledge structure, modes of teaching, teaching the language between the expert teachersand ordinary teachers. In the interview, the difference in response of the teachers in theclassroom teaching response their teachers’ knowledge differences. Help novice teachers,prospective teachers to learn and also provide for teacher training.In this study, starting from the differences of experts-ordinary teachers in classroomteaching, comparative analysis of the characteristics of the two types of teachers in theclassroom teaching, This study provides a broader perspective for our understanding of themathematics teaching, to help novice teachers and prospective teachers grow into the expertteacher. Make the-job training to teachers more effective, more targeted, also reference tosome lessons of classroom teachers, and accelerate the professionalization of teachers.
