Nowadays,with the rapid growth of the enrollment scale of colleges,the training quality of colleges is seriously challenged,so that the research on teaching quality has become a hot spot in higher education research.The larger part of the "Outline of National Medium-and Long-Term Educational Reform and Development Planning(2010-2020)" deals with issues such as the quality of higher education,teaching evaluation,and education monitoring.Learning evaluation is an important manifestation of the effect of higher education.Existing results evaluation shows more and more problems,which restricts the development of higher education in China.Process evaluation is a way to evaluate the learning situation of students in teaching activities,and timely feedback the students’ problems in the learning process,reflect and adjust in time,so as to improve the learning effect.This paper conducts a process evaluation application study on the Fundamental of Computer Science courses,the main work is as follows:(1)First of all,on the basis of analyzing the existing problems of the results-based evaluation,it combs the current status of the process evaluation research at home and abroad,and proposes to carry out the application research in the Fundamental of Computer Science courses accordingly.Secondly,in order to ensure the implementation of applied research,relevant concepts such as education evaluation and process evaluation are defined,and supporting theories such as humanistic learning theory,multiple intelligence theory,constructivism theory,and minimalist educational technology theory are introduced.(2)Facing the Fundamental of Computer Science courses of the university,following the principles of comprehensiveness,development,diversity,scientific,and simplicity,based on the course learning objectives,based on the minimalist thinking,using Tencent documents as the implementation tool,and using electronic files.A diversified,multidimensional,and real evaluation index system integrates process evaluation into the course learning process.(3)Taking non-computer major students in local teachers colleges as the research object,using the minimalist tool Tencent documents,and adopting electronic files for process quantitative evaluation.During the implementation process,a result and process experimental control group was established to implement a diversified and progressive evaluation of theprocess evaluation group from the four aspects of learning attitude,learning ability,knowledge and skills application ability,and learning effect.The evaluation results are timely transmitted and fed back to the research object,so as to promote teachers and students to adopt different methods to adjust teaching methods and learning status,and promote the understanding,absorption and application of knowledge.According to the experiment,process evaluation has a positive influence on promoting the teaching of Fundamental of Computer Science courses,and the teaching effect after implementation is significantly better than the teaching method of result evaluation.Introducing process evaluation in course learning can effectively promote the improvement of students ’course learning effect and comprehensive ability,and can make students’ behavior,emotional attitude,and value well cultivated.Introducing process evaluation in the course learning can find problems,promote teachers to adjust strategies,and carry out differentiated teaching in time,so as to promote students’ understanding of knowledge to achieve the purpose of improving teaching quality.Based on the concept of minimalist educational technology,starting from the need to implement process evaluation,it is feasible and effective to implement simple,practical and efficient process evaluation in the course of Fundamental of Computer Science.
