Research On The Development Status Of The Winter Swimming Association In Leshan City, Sichuan Province

In recent years,the state has vigorously promoted the development of sports associations,which are the main bearers of the transformation of the government's sports management functions and the main participants in sports specific affairs,it is an indispensable and important part of the government-society cooperative management mode in the sports undertaking of our country.Grass-roots individual sports associations undertake the task of organizing,coordinating and operating mass sports activities.As a member of many individual sports associations,the Winter Swimming Association has the obligation to take effective measures to improve the winter swimming association,carry out mass sports activities,for the majority of winter swimming fans to provide a better platform.Against this background,the Leshan Winter Swimming Association has launched a series of activities,committed to building a harmonious and United Sports Association,play a leading role,so that the Leshan winter swimming activities carried out rapidly.This article uses the Literature Material Law,the interview law,the Questionnaire Survey Law,the mathematical statistics law,the logical analysis law,taking the three winter swimming associations of Leshan Ocean Winter Swimming Association,Leshan California Winter Swimming Association and Leshan Winter Swimming Association as the research objects,through the investigation and interview to the leaders and members of the Winter Swimming Association,the study concludes that:(1)Leshan citizens' enthusiasm for national fitness is the foundation of the continuous development of Leshan Winter Swimming Association;(2)The geographical advantage of the confluence of three rivers in Leshan City and the world natural and cultural heritage of Leshan Giant Buddha are the conditions for Leshan Winter Swimming Association to carry out characteristic competition activities;(3)The volunteer team of the water volunteer rescue team of Leshan Winter Swimming Association is a strong guarantee for the continuous growth of the team;(4)The future development of Leshan Winter Swimming Association will focus on improving organization and management,strengthening safety supervision,optimizing membership structure,broadening funding channels and strengthening publicity.
